Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the stamping-molded object without the breakage of aggregatcs and the separation of adhesive layers, while organic solvent is not used. CONSTITUTION:A skin material with at most 150kg/cm of stress (at 25 deg.C when 100% stretched) and polypropylene foam are laminated to obtain the laminated layer in which the peel strength of the aqueous adhesive to which aziridine curing agent is added, is reinforced by infrared ray-baking, whereby the composite sheet for stamping mold is obtained.

CONSTITUTION:3-30wt% acrylic monomer (a) contg. basic nitrogen, pref. an acrylic monomer having an amino group (e.g., dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) is copolymerized with 0-10wt% ethylenically unsaturated org. carboxylic acid and/or sulfonic acid (b) (e.g., acrylic acid), 3-30wt% acrylic monomer (c) having a hydroxyl group (e.g., hydroxyethyl acrylate) and 30-90wt% ethylenically unsaturated monomer (d) copolymerizable with the components (a), (b) and (c) to obtain an acrylic copolymer (A). If desired, the copolymer is neutralized to obtain the neutralized acrylic copolymer (A). 40-90pts.wt. component A is blended with 10-60pts.wt. melamine resin or benzoguanamine resin (B) having a group of formulas I and II or III (wherein R , R and R are each a 1-4C alkyl; and R , R and R are each a 1-4C alkylene).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain endurance improved new abrasives of extremely excellent abrasive performance by electro-statically transplanting the cut piles of ceramic fiber mingled with cut piles made of specified amount of reinforcing fiber together with transplant binder on base material. CONSTITUTION:The cut piles of ceramic fiber such as silicon cabide fiber, silicon nitriding fiber, molten alumina fiber or the like mingled with reinforcing fiber cut piles of 1 to 50%, or 5 to 20% desirably, in weight are electro-statically transplanted together with transplanted binder on base material. For reinforcing fiber such synthetic fiber as carbon fiber, aramid fiber, polyester fiber, polyamid fiber, and polyolefine fiber, metallic fiber, and glass fiber are recommended. Acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin, epoxy resin, and nylon resin or the compound are suitable for transplant binder, and are to be used depending upon the kinds of cut piles of reinforcing fiber and base material.

CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin foam is coated with a composition produced by compounding (A) an acrylic copolymer having a glass transition temperature of -20-+5 deg.C and a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-30,000 (deter mined by gel-permeation chromatography) and containing 5-30wt.% copolymerized acrylic monomer having hydroxyl group with (B) a polyisocyanate compound or compounding (C) a composition composed of (C1) 95-40wt.% acrylic copolymer having a glass transition temperature of -10-+30 deg.C and a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-30,000 and containing 5-30wt.% copolymerized acrylic monomer having hydroxyl group and (C2) 5-60wt.% compound having >=2 hydroxyl groups with (D) a polyisocyanate compound.
