Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high quality and to improve long-term durability by arranging an elastic body for controlling the amount of a resin to be applied and to be supplied to a substrate having a thin metal plate on the side contacting a clearance controlling member. SOLUTION: A substrate 2 which had a settlement 3 is supplied continuously on a conveyer 1 while being engaged, and a resin 9 supplied from a hopper 8 is controlled by a rubber plate 4 in which a thin metal plate 5 fitted with a spring through a rigid linear body 7, which is a clearance controlling member, is stuck to the lower part and applied uniformly on the substrate 2. When the substrate 2 is uneven, the rubber plate 4 is oscillated vertically through the linear body 7, and the resin 9 is applied uniformly on the substrate 2. In order to keep the amount of the resin 9 on the substrate 2 constant, every processing in a constant amount, the linear body 7 is shifted, with a clearance kept constant again, and the amount of the resin to be applied is controlled.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minify warping after execution so as to prevent separation of a tile and improve adhesion durability with a tile by making the change rate of length due to water absorption of a fiber reinforced cement base board to be under a specific value. SOLUTION: In a panel in which tiles 2 are stuck on a fiber reinforced cement base board 1 through adhesive, the change rate of length due to water absorption is made to be under 0.12%, and favorably under 0.10%. For the purpose, the water absorption rate of the base board 1 is made to be under 20% and favorably under 16%. It is desirable that the apparent specific gravity of the base board 1 is under 1.1% and the thickness of the base board 1 is 10-20mm. Further it is desirable that the tensile elongation after rupture of the adhesive is over 100%, the thickness of the adhesive is under 0.5mm, and the depth of a joint 3 between the tiles 2 is over 3mm. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tile from peeling due to expansion, shrinkage, or warping of a fiber reinforced cement plate and improve adhesion for a long term by setting the product of elongation after rupture of adhesive and thickness of adhesive on the back of the tile to be a specified value. SOLUTION: In an outer facing panel for a individual building in which tiles are stuck on a fiber reinforced cement plate by adhesive, the product of elongation of rupture (X) of adhesive and thickness (mm) of adhesive on the back of the tile is set to be less than 1200mm% and more than 50mm%. Further, this value is favorable to be less than 600mm% and more than 50mm%, and further favorable to be less than 450mm% and more than 50mm%. It is desirable that inorganic material of grain size of 1-300 micron is mixed in the adhesive by 10-90 weight 2. Furthermore, it is desirable that the depth of joint is over 3mm and the back rib depth of the tile is set to be 0.1mm-0.6mm.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve worability and the like by embedding natural turf on a sheet made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fiber having specific properties, compositions and dimensions as its substrate. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of natural turf 1 planted and grown natural turf unit structure body are laid on a sheet substrate 2 mainly composed of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fiber such as a polyester fiber and connected together by an engaging member 3 such as an adhesive tape. The substrate 2 has its apparent density set to 0.01 to 0.3g/cm . The substrate 2 is then forced to contain 10 to 50 weight % of 100 deg. to 210 deg. low melting point polyester which is melted to integratedly form and fix the substrate 2. The thickness of the substrate 2 is set to 5 to 50mm, its width to 0.5 to 5m and its length to 2 to 30m. Thus not only can the unit structure body be laid by placing them on the earth but also easily and assuredly fixed by sticking them together, the strength of the substrate improved and sufficiently bear against severe sports such as a soccer game.

The stored cotton is discharged continuously from the hopper through the bottom outlet port 9 to the drafting part 4, and drafted to form a fiber bundle 5 wherein the fibers are interlocked with each other. The fiber bundle 5 is collected in the can 7 with the coiling device 6 to obtain the objective sliver. Preferably, the outlet port of the hopper is attached to the bottom of the hopper, and is provided with a metering delivery function.

SOLUTION: Both ends of a panel fixing member 2 are bent to form bent parts 2, and vent holes 4 are provided on the bent parts 3. In order to keep the space between a skeleton and a panel and the space between an eaves and the panel to ensure a ventilating passage, the bent part 3 can be formed by working both the ends so as to have an optimum space. According to this, the fixation of the panel, which was performed by use of a different member in the past, can be performed by use of one member to improve the working property. The vent hole 4 functions to pass the air running in the ventilating passage and discharging it to the outside. Proper ventilating property can be ensured, for example, when the space between the skeleton and the panel is within the range of 5-25 mm, and the ventilating efficiency can be improved.
