Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a spinning pack, by setting a device for assembling a spinneret pack, a device for feeding parts, a device for feeding each of single part, a device for attaching a filter and a ring by pressure, and a device for feeding sand in an operation zone of chuck of robot, inserting the parts into the pack accurately clamping them by uniform force. CONSTITUTION:A machine for assenbling a spinning pack consists of the device 21 for assembling a spineret pack, the device 24 for feeding parts wherein the filter 5, the spineret 2, the perforated plate 4 and the cap 9 are set in units, placed on the pallet 32 and sent in this state to the position A from which they are taken out, the device 25 for feeding a middle packing, the device 27 for feeding a ring, and the device 28 for feeding the top packing, the device 29 for attaching a filter and the ring 6 in an integrated way by pressure, the device 30 for feeding sand, and the robot 31 for grasping the parts and the assembled parts by chuck and sending them to given positions. The devices are positioned in an operation zone of the chuck of the robot.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable accurate surface irregularity detection by directing a slit light to a specimen to project the reflected light to a screen, photographing the projected pattern with an ITV camera and differentiating the normal surface image pattern from the abnormal one. CONSTITUTION:A beam of wide slit light 3 id directed from a slit light generator 2 constructed of laser, cylindrical lens, etc. to a specimen 1 and its reflected beam 4 is projected for image development on a screen 5. The slit light 3 is directed to the specimen 1 at an angle of theta and then when, for example, the specimen 1 is of a flat surface without surface irregularity, the reflected beam 4 develops a linear bright image as shown by 'a' on the screen 5. When, any irregularity is present on the surface, the bright image of the linear characteristic is disturbed into distorted and swollen shaped as shown by 'b' through 'e'. These shape disturbances cause reduced light quantity of the liner characteristic.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To disassembler for spinning packs that is provided with a heating oven, a pack supporter and a robot for demantling the clamping cover, thus enabling used spinning packs to be automatically disassembled. CONSTITUTION:When used spinning packs 2 are put on pack charge conveyors 3, a robot 4 transfers the spinning packs 2 to a pack cart 5 from one end in order. Pusher 6 sends the pack cart 5 into the heating oven. After completion of heating, the pusher 6 pulls out the cart from the oven and the robot 4 holds a spinning pack 2 with its holder 1 and transfers to the pack supporter 16 of the pack-disassembling robot part 9 in the disassembling robot 8 removes the pack-clamping cover and the robot part 10 pushes out the pack components from the housing. Individual components of the pack are transferred by the robot 4 to a conveyor 17 and the components are separately stored in a case 18.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To measure the inclination of an object with good accuracy, by a method wherein image data is compressed in the longitudinal and lateral directions of a picture and the inclination of the line element in the compressed region is calculated to be divided by compression magnification. CONSTITUTION:The analogue signal from a TV camera 3 is converted by an A/D converter 5 and one frame of the digital signal obtained is stored in a frame memory 6 and the image picked up is monitored by the CRT monitor 7 connected to the frame memory 6. An operational processing apparatus 8 takes in the image data stored in the memory 6 and compressed in the longitudinal or lateral direction of a picture to calculate the inclination of the line element in the compressed region. Then, by dividing the inclination calculated by compression magnification, real inclination can be obtained. The value of the inclination can be displayed by sending an operational result to a printer 14.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable to keep the ratio of amount of discharge at a constant value and to make easy the display of amount of discharge of each liquid and the change in the ratio, by using a rotary pump and a reciprocating pump which are driven with the same driving source. CONSTITUTION:The liquid A is fed to a rotary pump 3 with a tank 1, and fed to a liquid mixer 9, while the liquid B is fed to a reciprocating pump 4 driven with the same motor 5 as the rotary pump 3 from a tank 2 and fed to the mixer 9. An electric signal proportional to the number of revolutions of the pump 3 is picked up at a pulse generator 13, and it is input to an F/I converter 15, to be inputted to a flow meter for liquid A as an electric signal SA. A variable resistor 19 provided at a stroke 18 of the reciprocating pump 4 shows a resistance value proportional to the amount of stroke. The electric signal SA is input to this variable resistor 19, the slider is connected to a V/I converter 23, and the output SB is input to a flow meter for liquid B 24.
