    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatize the process of removal of a bunch section to facilitate the binding of tail threads, by securing a label to the tail wind part of the end part of a bobbin which is slung up by a package gripping device which a suspended thread is cut off after the bunch wind part is released and sucked by a blower. CONSTITUTION:A label applying device applies a label on the tail thread part of a bobbin 2 when a package 1 is gripped by a package gripping device 10, and a thread is secured. Then, a press device 40 is operated to temporarily presses the thread between the label on the tail thread part of the bobbin and a bunch part. When the package gripping device 10 is raised or a motor 1 is driven, a screw shaft 13 ascends so that the package is also moved upward. In this condition, a sucking device 50 is operated so that the thread in the bunch wind part 3 is sucked. Next a cutter 60 cuts off the thread which is suspended down. Then, a package is released from the package gripping device 10 and is then shifted onto a conveyor device.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a proper string stop section by contacting a scratch hand against the string group at the string stop section then suction holding the collected string group by means of a string suction tool thereafter separating the string from the bobbin end. CONSTITUTION:String suction tool 3, scratch hands 5a, 5b and string catchers 7a, 7b are provided at the tip of arm 1 of robot system 2 to contact said hands 5a, 5b against the string group at the dense string stop section 15 and to scratch the string group by means of said hands 5a, 5b then suck by means of string suction tool 3 thus to separate the string from said section 15. Consequently, mass-correction of string package 13 to be formed with dense string stop section 15 can be performed mechanically and automatically by means of a high speed winder resulting in formation of proper string stop section.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form proper tail winding section by providing a string suction tool and a string guide arm on the arm of robot then winding the string over the bobbin end section while sucking through suction tool. CONSTITUTION:A suction tool 3 and string guide arms 5a, 5b having string guide grooves 4a, 4b are provided at the tip of arm 1 of robot 2 to wind the string over the bobbin 7 end section while holding in sucked condition. Consequently mass-correction of the tail winding section of string package 12 formed with tail winding section can be performed mechanically by means of a high speed winder, resulting in formation of proper tail winding section.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automate assembling of parts of pack and fastening of nuts by providing a machine frame, slide unit and fastening mechanism to a parts assembler for synthetic fiber string pack then rotating the fastening mechanism with high or low torque. CONSTITUTION:A pack body 40 is fed to the assembling position of table 2 to project the rod 5' of cylinder 5 thus to lift the receiving table 4 through a hole in pack 40. Upon supply of specific parts, the receiving table 4 is lowered from the table 2 to insert the parts into the pack 40. Upon supply of lock nut 44 onto the upper face of pack 40, the rod 8' of cylinder 8 is projected to lower a slide unit 6 and stop at the position where the click 11 of fastening tool 10 will contact with the nut 44. Under this state, a drive system 16 is operated to rotate the rotary shaft 14 with low torque thus to engage the click 11 with the nut 44 and to tighten the nut 44 over the pack 40. Thereafter, a stopper 21 is engaged with a hole for fixing the slide unit 6 to rotate a fastening tool 10 through drive system 16 with high torque thus to tighten furthermore.
