Procedimiento para producir una solución de azúcar, que comprende: una etapa de pretratamiento, que consiste en tratar la biomasa celulósica con un agente de tratamiento que contiene amoníaco para obtener un producto tratado con amoníaco; una etapa de preparación de una solución de azúcar tratada con amoníaco, que consiste en sacarificar enzimáticamente el producto tratado con amoníaco para obtener una solución de azúcar tratada con amoníaco; y una etapa de preparación de una solución de azúcar purificada para eliminar la cumaramida y/o la ferulamida en la solución de azúcar tratada con amoníaco mediante purificación y determinar la concentración de cumaramida y/o ferulamida para obtener una solución de azúcar purificada que tiene una concentración de cumaramida y/o ferulamida de 10 a 1.100 ppm.

A method for producing a sugar solution according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a pretreatment step (step S11) of treating a cellulose-type biomass with an ammonia-containing treatment agent to produce an ammonia-treated product; an ammonia-treated sugar solution production step (step S12) of enzymatically saccharifying the ammonia-treated product to produce an ammonia-treated sugar solution; and a purified sugar solution production step (step S13) of purifying and removing coumaramide and/or ferulamide contained in the ammonia-treated sugar solution to produce a purified sugar solution having a coumaramide and/or ferulamide concentration of 10 to 1100 ppm.

A method for producing a sugar solution of the present invention includes a pretreatment step of treating cellulosic biomass with a treatment agent containing ammonia to obtain an ammonia-treated product (step S11), an ammonia-treated sugar solution preparation step of enzymatically saccharifying the ammonia-treated product to obtain an ammonia-treated sugar solution (step S12), and a purified sugar solution preparation step of removing coumaramide and/or ferulamide in the ammonia-treated sugar solution by purification to obtain a purified sugar solution having a concentration of coumaramide and/or ferulamide of 10 to 1,100 ppm (step S13).
