Abstract:
A method for producing a sugar solution according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a pretreatment step (step S11) of treating a cellulose-type biomass with an ammonia-containing treatment agent to produce an ammonia-treated product; an ammonia-treated sugar solution production step (step S12) of enzymatically saccharifying the ammonia-treated product to produce an ammonia-treated sugar solution; and a purified sugar solution production step (step S13) of purifying and removing coumaramide and/or ferulamide contained in the ammonia-treated sugar solution to produce a purified sugar solution having a coumaramide and/or ferulamide concentration of 10 to 1100 ppm.
Abstract:
A film production process having a film tentering step and a recovering step, characterized by detecting the side edge positions of the film running toward the recovering step, transferring the film running direction based on the detected information, and controlling the clamp start position of the film arriving at a tenter in the tentering step by clamp means, in the transverse direction of the film. A film production process having a film tentering step, characterized by controlling the clamp start position of a film arriving at a tenter by clamp means, in the range from 5 mm to 1,000 mm from the tip of the film in the longitudinal direction of the film.

Abstract:
Provided is an air injection nozzle, which is used for a heat treatment such as the heating, cooling or thermal insulation of a running sheet (or film) with injected air. In the air injection face, a number of air injection holes are so arrayed at an interval (Py) in first and second rows that the air injection holes of a first row and the air injection holes of a second row are staggered. The first row and the second row are positioned at an interval (Px). The air injection face and the sheet running face confront each other at a distance (L). The air injection holes in the air injection face have a diameter (D). The interval (Px), the interval (Py), the distance (L) and the diameter (D) satisfy Formula (1): 6 ‰¤ (L/D)/(Px/Py) ‰¤ 9, and Formula (2): 4 ‰¤ L/D ‰¤ 8. This air injection nozzle is employed as a resin film heat treating apparatus in a tenter oven to be used for manufacturing the resin film.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film manufacturing apparatus capable of rectifying air flowing in a suction device at the time of formation of a resin film to manufacture the stable resin film at a high speed, and capable of avoiding the damage of a casting surface to enhance the productivity of the film. SOLUTION: The resin film manufacturing apparatus consists of a cap device 1 for continuously discharging a resin having flowability in a film-like state, a casting device 6 or 8 having a casting surface 6a or 8a continuously moving while receiving the film discharged from the cap, and a film adhesion device 2 having a suction means for closely bringing the film placed on the casting surface into contact with the casting surface. The surface opposed to the casting surface of the film adhesion device 2 is formed as a recessed curved surface.
