Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine and a washing method that do not cause recontamination with dyes dropped from washing such as clothes. SOLUTION: The washing machine has at least a washing tub and a dye separation mechanism, and the washing tub and the dye separation mechanism form a closed loop through a circulating pump, and during washing, a washing liquid including dyes dropping by being removed from washed articles is taken out from the washing tub, dyes dropping and being removed from the washing are separated from the washing liquid and the washing liquid after separation is returned to the washing tub.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide fiber structure having excellent see-through preventing properties, and excellent yellowing resistance, fastness against transition of dyeing and washing fastness even in a fabric dyed to a light color such as whitish color, skin color, yellow, pink or cream-color, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The yellowing-proof polyamide fiber structure is a knitted fabric of an elastic yarn and a core-sheath type conjugate yarn whose core part contains a white pigment. The knitted fabric is treated with an aqueous medium containing an acid anhydride, dyed and treated for finishing. The resultant fiber structure has a yellowing factor with vanillin ΔYI of =40.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dyeing a polyester fabric, having no fear of fouling in a dyeing machine, excellent in dyeing grade having no nonuniformities called skitteriness, shadowy stain and spotting and capable of stably and reproducibly obtaining dyed products at low cost using a simple process. SOLUTION: This method for dyeing a polyester fabric comprises an alkaline dyeing of a fabric mainly composed of polyester with a dyebath of pH 8.0 to pH 10.0 and is characterized by filtering the remaining dye from the remaining dyeing liquid of the dyebath after dyeing, measuring dyeing auxiliaries, pH removers and pH in the filtrate in reusing the filtrate as dyeing water of the dyebath, adding each shortfalls of them and adjusting pH.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber having good feeling, and enabling shortening of process time and improving of unevenness of processing in an alkali reduction process of the polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber. SOLUTION: This method manufactures polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber by carrying out a characteristic alkali reduction comprising imparting a processing liquid containing 16-40 wt.% of sodium hydroxide to the fabric and then carrying out a microwave heating in a steam atmosphere.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyester-based fabric, by which the polyester-based fabric can be alkali-reduced with an alkali-reducing agent having a reduced concentration in a shortened alkali-reducing time with improved processing irregularity without an alkali reduction-accelerating agent and can also stably be alkali-reduced by a dry heat treatment. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyester-based fabric, characterized by imparting a processing liquid containing a glycol-based compound in a concentration of >=20 wt.% to a polyester-based fabric in an amount of 50 to 150 wt.% and then heating the fabric with microwaves to reduce the fabric.
