    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a set up time in a slit plan. SOLUTION: A slit planning device for determining a method for cutting a product from an original roll having the specified width so that the loss width may be in the allowable range is constituted of a taking number estimating unit 60 for estimating the range of the taking number of products capable of being cut from a single original roll on the basis of the product width and the required number specified by an order, an order classifying unit 64 for classifying orders into a non-independent taking group in which the possible taking number of products can not be independently cut and an independent taking group in which the possible taking number of products can be independently cut, a set using time estimating unit 62 for estimating the set using time for per the possible taking number, and a set forming unit 66 for forming a set of the possible taking number of products of the independent taking group after the set of the possible taking number is formed by combining the products of the non-independent taking group. Since the set is formed of the possible taking number indicating the characteristics of integral, the kinds of the taking numbers are reduced, and the set up times can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film for print lamination excellent in surface slip properties, not generating the damage caused by the detachment of a lubricant and excellent in transparency by laminating gloss layers containing org. crosslinked particles on both surfaces of a polyolefinic resin base layer. SOLUTION: A purpose can be achieved by a laminated film for print lamination consisting of a base layer composed of a polyolefinic resin and the polyolefin resin containing org. crosslinked particles laminated on both surfaces of the base layer and a print laminate material wherein the laminated film is laminated to a base material. As the film for print lamination having three- layered laminated constitution, by adding org. crosslinked particles only to the gloss layers constituting both surface layers, org. crosslinked particles can be efficiently concentrated only to a surface layer to be allowed to present therein as compared with the case of adding a lubricant to the whole single layer film and the total content of the org. crosslinked particles can be suppressed low.
