    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film for print lamination excellent in surface slip properties, not generating the damage caused by the detachment of a lubricant and excellent in transparency by laminating gloss layers containing org. crosslinked particles on both surfaces of a polyolefinic resin base layer. SOLUTION: A purpose can be achieved by a laminated film for print lamination consisting of a base layer composed of a polyolefinic resin and the polyolefin resin containing org. crosslinked particles laminated on both surfaces of the base layer and a print laminate material wherein the laminated film is laminated to a base material. As the film for print lamination having three- layered laminated constitution, by adding org. crosslinked particles only to the gloss layers constituting both surface layers, org. crosslinked particles can be efficiently concentrated only to a surface layer to be allowed to present therein as compared with the case of adding a lubricant to the whole single layer film and the total content of the org. crosslinked particles can be suppressed low.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent distortion during the winding of a film, and also to prevent the deflection due to plastic deformation after winding, when the wide-width, high-speed winding of a thin polypropylene film is carried out, by using a pressing roll having grooves the aggregate area of whose recessed parts formed by the grooves is 10 to 40% of the total area before the grooves are cut. CONSTITUTION:Where a polypropylene film 3 being continuously fed is wound up on a winding core, grooves 4 are provided on the surface of a pressing roll 2, and the aggregate area of the recessed parts formed by the grooves 4 are made to be 10 to 40% of the total area before the grooves are cut. The depth of the groove 4 is made to be 0.5mm or more. By using the pressing roll 2 the aggregate area of whose recessed parts of the grooves 4 is 10 to 30% of the total area before the grooves are cut, a polypropylene film 3 of a thickness of 15mu or less and a width of 5m or more is wound up at a speed of 100m/min or more. The surface of the pressing roll 2 is provided with a material of a proper elasticity and frictional coefficient such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or plastics.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to uniformly control the widthwise thickness ununiformity of respective layers of a laminated sheet-like material by a structure wherein auxiliary heating devices to heat flow paths locally and auxiliary cooling devices, which are provided near the auxiliary heating devices for cooling the auxiliary heating devices, are equipped. CONSTITUTION:Polymers, which are supplied from molten polymer supplying paths 11 and 12 in a composite extrusion die 1, are held at the predetermined temperature by means of a main heating device 2 and flow through flow paths 5 and 6 of polymer melts so as to be laminated to each other at a joining part 7 in order to be passed through a complex flow path 8, at which the whole widthwise thickness is controlled with adjusting bolts 10, and to be delivered from a slit-shaped opening 9 in the form of a laminated sheet. By operating the predetermined auxiliary heating devices 3 and auxiliary cooling devices 4, which are disposed in a widthwise row, in response to the widthwise thickness ununiformity of the delivered laminated sheet-like material, the widthwise thickness ununiformity of the desired layer can be adjusted without causing the abnormal stagnation of the polymer melt.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a film excellent in heat resistance, moistureproofness and resistance to organic solvents and also excellent in amenability to fabrications such as printing, vapor deposition and coating. CONSTITUTION: This heat-resistant moistureproof film is made of a mixture comprising 70-95wt.% crystalline polypropylene having an isothermal crystallization time (at 125 deg.C) of 3.5min or below and an isotactic index of 98.5% or above and a melt flow index of 2-4g/10min and 5-30wt.% at least either a petroleum resin substantially free from polar groups or a terpene resin substantially free from polar groups and having a heat shrinkage of 5% or below in the machine direction (as measured by heating at 120 deg.C for 15min), a water vapor transmissivity of 1.0g/m . 24hr/0.1mm or below.
