Abstract: The present invention provides a laminated film (31) where a coating layer (22) containing organic particles (12) is provided on the surface of a base film (21) and the ratio (SRz/d) of the surface roughness (SRz) of the coating layer (22) surface and the coating thickness (d) is 12.5 or higher, wherein the organic particles (12) are made from a thermoplastic resin containing ether bonds, and the coating layer (22) is made from a binder resin (11) containing at least one type of a sulfonic acid group, carboxylic acid group, or hydroxyl group, or a salt thereof, and also provides a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention can provide at low cost a laminated film (31) that does not shed organic particles (12) and that has a coating layer (22) containing beads or particles having a large uneven surface.
