SOLUTION: The culture supernatant liquid of a silkworm infected with recombinant Baculovirus or the body fluid of the larva of a silkworm infected with the recombinant Baculovirus is ultrafiltered by an ultrafiltration membrane having 50,000-300,000 molecular weight fraction size to remove recombinant Baculovirus or the culture supernatant liquid of a silkworm infected with recombinant Baculovirus or the body fluid of the larva of a silkworm infected with the recombinant Baculovirus is treated with quaternary ammonium salt and ultrafiltered to facilitate the removal of the recombinant Baculovirus and the purification of the objective protein and to obtain a large amount of the objective useful protein (e.g. human interferon, etc.), suitable as a high purity and inexpensive antitumor agent, antiviral agent, etc.
