Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition which uses a natural rubber latex and has physical properties achieving excellent balance among impact resistance, fluidity and color tone, without requiring a complicated deproteinization process for natural rubbers. A solution of the problem is a natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition which contains a graft copolymer (A) that is obtained by graft polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture (a), which contains at least an aromatic vinyl monomer, to a rubber polymer (R) that is formed of 10-70% by mass of a natural rubber having a weight average particle diameter within the range of 0.3-1.2 ?m and 30-90% by mass of a synthetic rubber having a weight average particle diameter within the range of 0.2-0.4 ?m. This natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition is characterized in that: the natural rubber particles contain natural rubber particles having particle diameters of 1.0 ?m or more in an amount of 5% by mass or more; and the inner graft rate of the rubber polymer (R) particles having particle diameters of 1.0 ?m or more is 20% or more.

Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in fluidity and mechanical characteristics. A preferred embodiment of this thermoplastic res in composition is also excellent in low warping property, laser transmission and laser weldability. Also disclosed is a molded article of such a thermop lastic resin composition. Specifically disclosed is a thermoplastic resin co mposition obtained by blending 0.1-4 parts by weight of a multifunctional co mpound (B) having three or more functional groups, wherein at least one term inal structure having a functional group includes an alkylene oxide unit, pe r 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (A). The thermoplastic resin (A) is preferably composed of one or more resins selected from polyester res ins and polycarbonate resins. Also specifically disclosed is a molded articl e of such a thermoplastic resin composition.

It is preferred that the (A) thermoplastic resin is one or more selected from a polyester resin and polycarbonate resin.

Se divulga una composición de resma termoplástica excelente en fluidez y características mecánicas. Una forma de realización preferida de esta composición de resina termoplástica es también excelente en propiedad de bajo pandeo, transmisión de láser y soldadura por láser. También se divulga un artículo moldeado de tal una composición de resma termoplástica. De manera específica se divulga una composición de resina termoplástica obtenida mediante mezclar físicamente 0.1-4 partes por peso de un compuesto multifuncional (B) teniendo tres o mas grupos funcionales, donde por lo menos una estructura terminal teniendo un grupo funcional incluye una unidad de óxido de alquileno, por 100 partes por peso de una resina termoplástica (A). La resina termoplástica (A) de preferencia se compone de una o mas resinas seleccionadas a partir de resinas de poliéster y resinas de policarbonato. The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition obtained by compounding phosphoric acid and/or monosodium phosphate (D) with a resin composition including a styrenebased resin (A), a graft copolymer (B), and an aliphatic polyester resin (C), wherein the thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in mechanical properties (e.g., impact resistance) and thermal stability, and, in addition, can be molded without any problem in terms of safety and hygiene.
