Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title circuit substrate having no lowering of function even when it is used for a long period at high temperature and under high humidity by a method wherein the outermost layer is brought into close contact with and surrounded at least by a plastic sheet containing a biaxial orientation poly-P-phenylenesulfid film. CONSTITUTION:The outermost layer is brought into close contact with and surrounded by a plastic sheet containing at least a biaxial orientation poly-P- phenylenesulfid film(PPS film). At least an electronic part is mounted on a circuit substrate wherein a plastic sheet, containing at least a biaxial orientation PPS film, is used as an insulating material, and besides, the outermost layer of the electronic part is made to closely adhere to and surrounded by the above- mentioned plastic sheet. For example, using a sheet formed by having the easy adhesion surface of the biaxial orientation PPS film of 75mum in thickness coated with urethane bonding agent and dried up, the above-mentioned sheets are laminated on both sides of a resistor in such a manner that both surfaces and the edge part of the resistor of 100mum thick and 25cm long will be surrounded completely using a flat press, and then the adhesive agent is hardened at the temperature of 60 deg.C.
