    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric part excellent in tracking resistance by using a molded product of thermoplastic resin composition having anisotropy for the electric part provided with two or more electric terminals, and forming ratio a/b of a linear coefficient of expansion (a) between the electric terminals to a linear coefficient of expansion (b) in the direction perpendicular to the direction connecting the electric terminals as a specified value or more. SOLUTION: A molded product 1 for an electric part as an insulator is formed by molding a thermoplastic resin composition having anisotropy, the electric part is constituted by mounting an electric terminal 2 in the molded product 1 for the electric part. Ratio a/b of the linear coefficient of expansion (a) between locations mounting the electric terminal 2 of the molded product 1 for electric part to the linear coefficient of expansion (b) in the direction perpendicular to that connecting the electric terminals of the molded product 1 for electric part is set to 1.1 or more. In this way, the electric part excellent in tracking resistance is obtained.

SOLUTION: The plastic optical fiber has a core essentially comprising a (co)polymer of methylmethacrylate, a first clad comprising a perfluoroalkyl methacrylate copolymer and a second clad comprising a copolymer prepared by polymerizing vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and other copolymerizable component in specified composition ratio.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of light through side faces and to obtain good stripping property by forming an achromatic color resin layer as a primary coating layer and forming a chromatic color layer as a secondary coating layer. SOLUTION: A primary coating layer 2 and further, a secondary coating layer 3 are formed around an optical fiber 1 to form an optical fiber color code. In this method, the primary coating layer 2 is an achromatic color layer, while the secondary coating layer 3 is a chromatic color layer. A pigment or dye such as titanium oxide and carbon black is added to the resin of the primary coating layer 2 to make the coating film achromatic. It is preferable to add carbon black by >=0.1% so as to prevent intrusion of light through the side face. A pigment or dye is added to the resin of the secondary coating layer to make the layer chromatic, and the chroma is preferably controlled to >=4.0 to distinguish from electric wire code by colors. In this method, it is effective to control the thickness ratio (a/b) of the primary coating layer 2 (a) to the secondary coating layer 3 (b) to 0.1 to 0.50, preferably 0.15 to 0.35.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain strength by integrally molding a main body part of a resin component on a resin made grating consisting of the main body part having a bottom part, a columnar rib held on the bottom part and a radial rib. SOLUTION: A main body part 1 is molded of a resin component having one or more than one kinds of essential components selected from polyamide, polyester, polycarbonate and polyphenylene oxide. Thereafter, a columnar rib 4 and a radial rib 5 are integrally molded from a bottom part 3 of the main body part 1 consisting of this resin component, and 15-60 weight % of a filler made of talc, wallastonite, calcium silicate, etc., is contained in the resin component. Thereafter, a resin made grating is made by joining a cover part 2 to this main body part 1 by adhesion, thermal welding, etc., and a porous substance made of polyurethane, polyethylene, etc., is filled between the ribs of the main body part 1. Consequently, it is possible to lighten the grating while maintaining high strength.
