Abstract: Un metodo de moldeo RTM en el que se laminan en un molde (1) una pluralidad de materiales de fibra de refuerzo (4) para formar un laminado de material de fibra de refuerzo (4A) que tiene superficies terminales (4a, 4b), en el que un medio de distribucion de resina (5) para la distribucion de la resina con respecto a las superficies terminales (4a, 4b) del laminado de material de fibra de refuerzo (4A) esta dispuesto a traves de una capa desprendible (3) que cubre la totalidad del laminado de fibra de refuerzo (4A), en donde el medio de distribucion de resina tiene una resistencia al flujo baja de 1/10 o menos de la resistencia al flujo de resina en el laminado de material de fibra de refuerzo (4A), la totalidad de los materiales dispuestos sobre el molde (1) se cubren con un material de bolsa (8) que comprende un material hermetico a gas y se sellan con un sellante (7) que tiene una propiedad altamente adhesiva para impedir el flujo de aire desde el exterior, se proporcionan un puerto de inyeccion de resina (6m) y un puerto de evacuacion (6k) en el material de bolsa (8) y se conectan a una linea de inyeccion de resina y una linea de evacuacion de resina, respectivamente, cada una de las cuales tiene una valvula (A1, B1) para la apertura y el cierre de la linea, se proporciona una resina termoendurecible como resina de matriz y hay dispuesta una bomba de vacio (11) para evacuar desde el interior cubierto con el material de bolsa (8) a traves del puerto de evacuacion (6k) y una trampa de vacio (13); metodo en el que se impregna una resina de matriz en el laminado de material de fibra de refuerzo (4A) mediante la inyeccion de la resina en una direccion desde la superficie terminal (4a) del laminado de material de fibra de refuerzo (4A) a lo largo de una superficie de laminado y entre las capas de los materiales de fibra (4), al tiempo que se reduce la presion en el molde (1) mediante evacuacion.

Abstract: The present invention relates to coating methods and coating apparatus suitable for the stable production of coatings on the flat surface of sheet substrates, and methods for manufacturing coated sheet products such as color filters. An embodiment of the coating method according to the present invention is a coating method wherein a coating liquid feeder supplies coating liquid to a coating liquid applicator having a coating liquid discharge slot, with at least either the coating liquid applicator or a substrate to be coated being moved relatively one to the other to form a coating with a predetermined thickness on the substrate, comprising the steps of: keeping at rest the substrate at a position where the start-of-coating line of the substrate is in register with the coating liquid discharge slot of the coating liquid applicator; commencing discharge of the coating liquid through the coating liquid discharge slot; forming a coating liquid bead which is in contact with both an exit aperture portion of the coating liquid discharge slot and the start-of-coating line of the substrate; and subsequently commencing movement of at least either the coating liquid feeder or the substrate relatively one to the other. A coating method of this embodiment makes it possible to accurately determine the start-of-coating line and form a high accuracy coating, because by this method, after discharge of the coating liquid starts while the substrate to be coated is still at rest in register with the coating liquid discharge slot and the formation of the coating liquid bead is assured, the substrate is moved relatively to the coating liquid discharge slot while rendering the coating liquid bead stable.

Abstract: A coating method and a coating apparatus which is suitable for stably forming a coating on the surface of a flat sheet member, and a method of manufacturing coated sheets such as a color filter. The coating method comprises the steps of supplying a coating liquid to a coating liquid discharging apparatus having a coating liquid discharging slit by means of a coating liquid feeder, relatively moving at least either the coating liquid discharging apparatus or a member to be coated and forming a coating having a predetermined thickness on the member. A coating start portion of the member is stopped at a place at which it opposes the coating liquid discharging slit of the coating liquid discharging apparatus, and discharge of the coating liquid from the coating liquid discharging slit is started. After a coating liquid bead which is in touch with both of the front end opening of the coating liquid discharging slit and the coating start portion of the member is formed, relative movement of at least either the coating liquid discharging apparatus or the member is started. By the coating method, discharge of the coating liquid is started when the member stops relative to the coating liquid discharging slit, and after the formation of the coating liquid bead is confirmed, the member is relatively moved in a state that the coating liquid bead remains stable. Therefore, the coating start position can be correctly determined, and a coating can be formed highly accurately.

Abstract: Un método de moldeo RTM en el que se coloca un sustrato de fibras de refuerzo (4) en un molde (1), unos medios de distribución de resina, que exhiben cada uno una resistencia al flujo de resina menor que una resistencia al flujo de resina de dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo (4), se colocan en ambas superficies de dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo (4) y después de reducir una presión en dicho molde por evacuación, se inyecta una resina en dicho molde mediante dicho medio de distribución de resina para impregnar dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo con dicha resina inyectada, caracterizado por que una resistencia al flujo de resina de un primer medio de distribución de resina (5) colocado en una primera superficie de dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo (4) se establece menor que una resistencia al flujo de resina de un segundo medio de distribución de resina (2) colocado en una segunda superficie de dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo (4), y dicha evacuación se lleva a cabo mediante dicho segundo medio de distribución de resina (2) mientras dicha resina se inyecta en dicho primer medio de distribución de resina (5) para impregnar dicho sustrato de fibras de refuerzo con dicha resina inyectada.
