    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject hollow fiber membrane useful as, e.g. a filtration membrane to which a liquid to be treated is fed from the outside, consisting of an acrylonitrile-based polymer of ultrahigh-polymerization degree, made up of a dense layer as the outermost layer and the inner layer having large voids communicating with the inner surface, excellent in water penetrability and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:An acrylonitrile-based polymer of ultrahigh-polymerization degree is dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide to prepare a spinning dope with a polymer concentration of 8.0wt.%.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a porous membrane having sulfonic acid groups enough to effect cation exchange by processing a poly(vinylidene fluoride)resin porous membrane with a mixture of sulfuric acid anhydride, and dry air or inert gas. CONSTITUTION:By processing a poly(vinylidene fluoride) resin porous membrane with a mixture of sulfuric acid anhydride, and dry air or inert gas, a crosslinked sulfonated poly(vinylidene fluoride) resin porous membrane is produced. A melt membrane formation method of this membrane is such that molten polymer is delivered in the form of a flat membrane or a hollow fiber membrane and stretched to form a porous structure. Crosslinked sulfonating reaction depends on temperature of sulfuric acid anhydride, reaction temperature and reaction time and by controlling these factors, a crosslinked sulfonated porous membrane can be produced. As methods for producing such membranes, there are batch method, continuous method, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the porous membrane with the water permeability not decreased even after dried and excellent in handlability by forming a dense layer on the surface of one side of the membrane, gradually increasing the diameter of the pore toward the other side, eliminating giant closed cells and depositing a surfactant on the membrane. CONSTITUTION:The surface of one side of the membrane consists of a dense layer having =5mum or further >=10mum diameter, and a surfactant is deposited on the membrane. Consequently, the water permeability of the membrane is not changed even when dried, foaming is not caused when the end of the hollow-fiber bundle is sealed with an adhesive to produce the module, and leakage is not caused.

CONSTITUTION:(A) At least one compound expressed by formula I to formula V (Rf is fluoroalkyl group) and vinyl-based fluorine resin containing CH2 (preferably polyvinylidene fluoride, etc.) are molded to any shape (preferably porous membrane) from molten or solution state and subjected to reaction treatment in the presence of aromatic alkyl alcohol and basic compound to afford a molded article of fluorine resin having aromatic compound in side chain through ether bonding.
