    Abstract: PURPOSE:To exclude tension fluctuation in dispensing a thread to prevent the thread from breaking and to perform reeling the thread uniformly, by detecting increas of a diameter of a wound thread and controlling a spindle velocity based on the detection. CONSTITUTION:The winding diamer is controlled by two winding diameter controlling limit switches 2, and by rotating a delivering screw 1 through a means (not shown) the limit switch 2 carried by a limit switch holder 3 is moved to narrow thier space as the winding diameter is increased. A reel-in spindle 23 is driven through a stepless speed change gear comprising a varible diameter pulley 16, a velt 17 and a following pulley 18. In accordance with the increase of the winding diameter, velocity of the reel-in spindle 23 is gradually decreased by adjusting the variable diameter pulley 16 through rods 4, 9 based on the displacement of the limit switch 2. Thereby, tension fluctuation of the tread can be eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:In the yarn-cooling part of a melt-spinning device, an enclosing wall provided with an opening at the upper part and a hole connecting to sucking pipe at the lower part is opposed to the wall from which the yarn-cooling air flows out horizontally to prevent the dissipation of harmful gases evolving during spinning without any adverse effect on the quality of yarns spun-out. CONSTITUTION:In the yarn-cooling part 3 which is fitted immediately under the spinneret 1 together with suction box 2 lying between the spinneret and the cooling part, one wall among the four surrounding the running yarn Y is equipped with air- flow rectifier 4 from which the cooling air is sent to yarn Y horizontally, the both sides of the wall are surrounded with walls and the fourth wall 11 provided with an opening 13 at the upper part and a hole 12 connecting to the sucking pipe is opposed to the rectifier plate 4.
