    Abstract: A pulverizer for pulverizing a product has a container and at least one working part within the container, which may contain a pulverizing medium. At least one of (1) at least an inner liner of the container, (2) at least an outer shell of the working part and (3) at least an outer shell of the pulverizing medium is formed from a composite ceramic material containing aluminum oxide material as a main component, and zirconium oxide material in an amount of 15-40 wt. %. At least one of Y2O3 and CeO2 is present in the zirconium oxide material in an amount of 0.1-5 mol%. A pulverizer may comprise at least one of a working part of the pulverizer and a container having a Vickers hardness (Hv) of 1300 kgf/mm or higher, and a pulverizing medium whose Vickers hardness (Hv) is 100-600 kgf/mm lower than that of the Vickers hardness of said at least one of the working part and the container member.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To install a thread guide simply without the operation of an excessive installation stress by providing a seramic guide plate having a guide part for guiding a running thread and a bass hole and a holder having a boss inserted in the boss hole by sticking out its top end. CONSTITUTION: A thread guide 1 is provided with a seramic plate 2 and a holder 3. The seramic plate 2 is a longitudinal plate having two boss holes 2a and a guide part 2b. The boss hole 2a is a part for inserting the boss 3a of the holder 3, while the guide 2b is a part for guiding a high speed running thread smoothly without fuzzing and thread cut. The thread guide 1 is assembled in an integrated shape of he seramic plate 2 and the holder 3 by inserting each boss 3a to a corresponding insertion hole 2a. The thread guide 1 is installed on an installation base 7 by a bolt 5 inserted in each boss 3a.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance of an discharge pipe, by constituting the internal surface of the metallic casing pipe of the discharge pipe of a ceramic. SOLUTION: A ceramic discharge pipe is constituted of an SGP casing pipe 1, a tetragonal zirconia choke pipe 2, an inlet-side alumina conical pipe 3, an outlet-side alumina conical pipe 4, and an adhesive 5. The casing pipe 1 is welded with angular or circular flanges so that the pipe 1 may not cause leakage at a pressure of 10 kgf/mm . In addition, split ceramic conical or cylindrical pipes are inserted into or joined to the casing pipe 1 and assembled with and fixed to the casing pipe 1 by using the adhesive 5. Since the inside of the discharge pipe is formed of the ceramic materials, the abrasion resistance of the discharge pipe is improved and the pipe can be operated continuously in a stable state. Therefore, the availability of the discharge pipe is improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly abrasion resistant crusher or a highly abrasion resistant part of the crusher, decrease the mixing amount of an abrasive component into a finished product, and minimize the adverse effect of such a mixed abrasive component upon the electric and magnetic characteristics of the finished product, even if the component is present. SOLUTION: This crusher has a wearing part using a ceramic material and the wearing part to be cited is typically the slit part of a screen, i.e., a slit bar 12, a stirring pin 12, a stirring disc or a sleeve 14 or a collar. In addition, the crusher is equipped with at least one of the groups consisting of these wearing parts which are of a ceramic material. Thus, these wearing parts have an increased durability, but in order to prevent a metal component from becoming mixed, it is effective to form all the parts from ceramics as for as possible. The ceramic material is not particularly limited as long as it is a material having abrasion resistance.
