    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a film superior in prevention of depositing properties of oligomer, scraping resistance and in transparency, by a method wherein a dispersion diameter and a ratio among the dispersion diameters of thermoplastic resin within a film, a ratio of Rz/Ra of the film, the mean value in the longitudinal and lateral direction of Young's moduli, and content of an inner oligomer are made so as to fall within specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:Pellets obtained by compounding at least a kind of thermoplastic resin whose difference in cohesive energy density from that of polyester A is at least 12 with the said polyester A is fed to a melting and extruding machine, extruded into a sheetlike state through a slitlike die, cooled, solidified, an unstretched film is formed and then oriented biaxially through biaxial stretching. A dispersion diameter of the said thermoplastic resin within a film obtained in this manner is made into 10-10,000nm in a facial direction of the film and 0.1-100nm in a thicknesswise direction of the same and a ratio between them (length of a facial direction/length of a thicknesswise direction) is made so as to fall within a range of 3-1,000. A ratio Rz/Ra between surface roughness parameters Rz, Ra and the mean value of the longitudinal and lateral Young's moduli of the said film and content of an inner oligomer within the said film are made respectively into less than 13, at least 350kg/mm and at least 0.7wt.%.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance resistance to being shaved on the surface and the appearance of winding by laminating given specific polyester on at least one surface of thermoplastic resin, providing given projections on the surface of said polyester layer and making the sum of Young's modulus in the longitudinal direction and that of width direction in the given range. CONSTITUTION:Polyester composed of ethylene naphthalate or ethylene alpha,beta-bis(2- chlorophenoxy)ethane-4,4'-dicarboxylate of 0.01-2.5mum thickness as main components is laminated at least on one surface of thermoplastic resin. 80% or more of projections out of the all projections of 20mum or more height on the surface of said polyester layer satisfies the formula (1) regarding the relation between the projection height (h) (unit mum) and projection end curvature radius beta(unit mum). The sum of Young's modulus in the longitudinal and width directions is 700-1,700kg/mm , and the difference between thermoplastic resin and polyester crystallization parameter DELTATcg is 10 deg.C or over. When the melting viscosity of polyester is higher than thermoplastic resi, preferably higher by 2000 poise, the appearance of winding is still better.
