    Abstract: NEW MATERIAL:A reaction product of a trifunctional isocyanate compound shown by the formula I (R is 2-3C bifunction hydrocarbon residue) and a hindered amine compound shown by the formula II(R is H, benzyl or benzyl replaced with halogen, etc.; R is H, lower alkyl, phenyl, halogen, benzyl, etc.; Y is OH, amino, monoalkyl, amino, etc.). EXAMPLE:A reaction product of 2,6-diisocyanate caproic acid beta-isocyanate ethyl ester and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine. USE:A monomer for synthesizing polyurethane.     Abstract: PURPOSE:An epoxy resin elastomer excellent in flexibility, electrical properties, water resistance, etc., and suitable as an electrical-insulating material or the like, containing an epoxy resin prepared by reacting a liquid polybutadiene with an epoxy compound and an acid anhydride as a resin component. CONSTITUTION:40-80wt% liquid polybutadiene and (or) its derivative (e.g., polybutadiene glycol, polybutadienedicarboxylic acid) are reacted with 10-40wt% epoxy compound containing at least two oxirane rings in the molecule (e.g., vinylcyclohexene dioxide, neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether) and 10-40wt% acid anhydride (e.g., phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride). Then, the purpose epoxy resin elastomer is prepared by mixing the produced epoxy resin as a resin component with, if necessary, a filler, a flame retardant, a colorant, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coating agent capable of providing high coating film performance without impairing inherent polycarbonate characteristics, by dilution of trifunctional nonyellowing isocyanate and acrylpolyol with aromatic hydrocarbon solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating agent can be obtained by dilution with an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent (e.g., benzene, toluene, aromatic naphtha), of (A) a trifunctional isocyanate of formula (n is 2 or 3) (e.g., 2,6-diisocyanate caproic acid-beta-isocyanate ethyl ester, 2,6-diisocyanate caproic acid-gamma-isocyanate propyl ester) and (B) an acrylpolyol. Said compound (A) is low in vapor pressure, of little irritating odor, having good dilution stability by polymer or solvent, also of high curing rate. Said acrylpolyol is pref. one derived from copolymerization between hydroxy (meth)acrylate and (meth)acrylic ester, having a hydroxyl value 5-100 and molecular weight 2,500-50,000.
