Abstract: PURPOSE: To produce an interfacing fabric for clothes having good shape- retainability, light weight and high air-permeability and exhibiting crispness and stiffness and good sewability. CONSTITUTION: This interfacing fabric is a sheet having open pores. It has a flexural resilience of 10-950mgf (in conformity with JIS-L-1018-1990 or JIS-L-1096-1990), a hole area ratio of 5-60% and an areal density of 50-400g/m . Preferably, the sheet having open pores is a knit fabric, the knit fabric is produced by lace stitching, the lace stitch has a hexagonal pattern or a block check pattern and is formed by raschel knitting. As an alternative, the sheet having open pores is preferably a woven fabric and the fabric is preferably a leno cloth.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated fabric having high voids and an excellent fresh feeling produced by superposing a plurality of sheet like articles one upon another, generating no slackening wrinkles inside a curved part when the laminated fabric is used in the curved part to constitute a beautifully finished curved part and forming a sheet like article large in unevenness by arranging the fabric in an adequate direction. CONSTITUTION:In a laminated fabric constituted by superposing a plurality of sheet like articles one upon another, the shrinkage factor of the sheet like article becoming one surface is made larger than that of the sheet like article becoming the other one surface by at least 0.5% and this laminated fabric is partially used as clothing. The laminated fabric is produced by applying tension to the sheet like article becoming one surface of the laminated fabric so as to make the same substantially higher than the tension applied to the sheet like article becoming the other one surface to thermally set both articles and laminating the thermally set articles. After the curved part of clothing is constituted of the laminated fabric, the inside of a local part is largely shrunk as compared with the outside thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a special fabric production method capable of facilitating a process for temporarily fixing a layered structure by using an adhesive tape for the process and another process for releasing the temporarily fixed state. CONSTITUTION:While being shifted, narrow tape-shaped materials are put in layers in order so as to form a layered structure composed of the narrow tape- shaped materials and the resultant layered structure is then temporarily fixed by bonding an adhesive tape almost perpendicularly to the narrow tape-shaped materials. While keeping the layered state, the mutually adjacent narrow tape- shaped materials are bonded to each other and the adhesive tape is subsequently removed. Or, while being shifted, a narrow tape-shaped material is wound in order round a winding holder so as to form a layered structure composed of the narrow tape-shape materials and the resultant layered structure is then temporarily fixed by bonding an adhesive tape almost perpendicularly to the narrow tape-shaped materials. While keeping the layered structure, the mutually adjacent narrow taped-materials are bonded to each other and the adhesive tape is subsequently removed.
