PURPOSE:To reduce contamination of a completed yarn package with oil splash by installing an inclining plate member having such a size as covering a major part of the undersurface of a traversing device for a yarn, allowing oil drops received by the plate member to flow down, end collecting them by an oil drop collecting member. CONSTITUTION:A touch roll 2 and a takeup drum 4 are provided in the lower part of a traverse box 1, and a yarn running from above to below in the attached illustration is traversed by a traverse device 1 and taken up on the drum 4 through the touch roll 2. In this yarn takeup device, an inclining plate 7 is installed under the traverse box 1 in the condition inclined as a whole so that one end on the side in front of the takeup device becomes the lowest, wherein the plate 7 is formed in such a size as blocking the whole surfaces of the box 1 and drum 4 interposing a gap in between which is extending vertically. Oil drops received by this inclining plate 7 is allowed to flow down to the undermost end side to be collected by an oil drop collecting member 16 through a gutter 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for recycling a cardboard core for a reel capable of being repaired without deformation even when the cardboard core has low strength. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral face of the used cardboard pipe B is gripped by gripping blocks 1, 2, operation claws 3, 4 are pressed to an inner peripheral face of an end part of the cardboard core, and the operation claws 3, 4 and the inner peripheral face of the end part of the cardboard core B gripped by the grip blocks 1, 2 are relatively rotated on a cardboard core shaft to repair the inner diameter of the cardboard core.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a bobbin chuck capable of withstanding high speed unpacking of a package, by arranging stepped portions to be engaged with opposite ends of a bobbin to a bobbin chuck and an end body, and gripping the bobbin with resilient O-rings pressed. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin chuck body 13 is rotatably supported on a support shaft 11 through a one side sealed ball bearing 12, and the stepped portions 13b, 14b are provided to the bobbin chuck body 13 and the end body 14 to engage with the opposite ends of the bobbin 5. When it is required to mount the bobbin 5 onto the bobbin chuck body 13, the end body 14 is dismounted from the body 13, and after the bobbin 5 is mounted onto the body 15, a threaded portion 14a of the end body 14 is screwed upon a threaded portion 13a of the body 13. Upon screwing of the end body 13, the O-rings 15, 16 can engage to opposite ends of the bobbin 5 to grip the bobbin 5. Thus if the end body 14 becomes loosened, the gripping force will not be drastically decreased, and therefore the bobbin chuck can withstand high speed unpacking of a package.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high switching success ratio for kinds different in thickness of yarn and oil solution without winding a tail bunch when winding yarn on a bobbin, to suppress single yarn dispersion of tail yarn and to stably and easily form a proper tail length. SOLUTION: In these method and device for winding synthetic fiber, yarn is moved in a traverse center direction without forming a tail bunch of a rod winding and regular winding is stared from the time when yarn is engaged to a traverse guide.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover both of a paper tube and a remaining yarn for recycling. SOLUTION: A holder 11 and a block body 21 are oppositely arranged to combine a cutter 31, to provide an opening part 21a suitable for the outer diameter of a paper tube PT on a block body 21. The block body 21 inserts the tube PR into the opening parts 21a in an axial direction via the holder 11, to remove a remaining yarn Y on the tube PR so as to extract the yarn Y in the axial direction, and the cutter 31 can cut and align the yarn Y on the tube PT thickly to the minimum thickness.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a method for washing an interlacing nozzle by which the interlacing nozzle can rapidly be washed. CONSTITUTION:Solidified substances (S) deposited on the inner surface of a yarn passage 11 in an interlacing nozzle 10 are washed. In the process, a, pressurized gas is fed into a container 21 while keeping a valve 22 in an opened state and jetting a liquid from the tip of a jetting nozzle 23. Thereby a gas- liquid mixture is obtained and jetted from a gas-liquid jetting port 12 to wash the yarn passage 11.
Abstract:
A turret type device for taking up synthetic fibers which eliminates the need of a tail bunch removing work and has an automatic thread change mechanism, and a taking-up method, wherein the device comprises a needle thread guide and a bobbin thread guide on the thread-running-direction upstream side and the downstream side respectively of an empty bobbin and a front layer bunch forming guide, a thread being moved to the outside of a traverse width at an empty bobbin taking-up time, the needle thread guide and the bobbin thread guide controlling the thread to be parallel to a thread gripper and pressing the thread to the empty bobbin for transfer to the thread gripper, the thread being held and cut by the thread gripper with the gripped point of the thread being transferred in the rotation direction of the empty bobbin and to the opposite side of a thread running direction, the thread automatically coming off the needle thread guide and being moved in the traverse center direction without forming a tail bunch which is a roll folding, a regular taking-up being started when the thread engages a traverse guide.
