    Abstract: 사조에대한견인력을효율적으로작용시킬수 있는, 에너지를절약하면서안정적으로세섬도의사조를제조가능한연신장치를제공하기위해, 열가소성폴리머를용융방사하여얻어진사조의유입구및 유출구를갖는통로내에서, 그사조의주행경로의외측으로부터내측방향으로기류를분사하여해당사조를연신하는연신장치이며, 사조의유입구및 유출구를갖는상기통로는제1 기류통로, 기류분사구, 제2 기류통로, 제3 기류통로및 제4 기류통로를사조주행방향에관하여이 순서로연속해서구비하고, 다음의 (i) 내지 (iv)를만족하는것을특징으로하는연신장치로한다. (i) 상기제3 기류통로는유로단면적이사조주행방향에관하여일정하다. (ii) 상기제2 기류통로는유로단면적이상기제3 기류통로보다작고, 또한그 유로단면적이사조주행방향에관하여일정및/또는점증하고있다. (iii) 상기제4 기류통로는유로단면적이제3 기류통로보다크고, 또한그 유로단면적이사조주행방향에관하여일정및/또는점증하고있다.     Abstract: Disclosed is a sheet-like material which is produced by an environmentally friendly procedure and has an elegant appearance with piloerection, good wear resistance and good texture. Specifically disclosed is a sheet-like material which is characterized by containing a water-dispersed polyurethane within a fibrous base that contains extra-fine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3-7 um. The sheet-like material is also characterized in that the inside of the water-dispersed polyurethane is provided with pores each having a diameter of 10-200 um. Also specifically disclosed is a method for producing a sheet-like material by applying a polyurethane liquid to a fibrous base, which is characterized in that the polyurethane liquid is a water-dispersed polyurethane liquid that contains a foaming agent and a dry film of the polyurethane that constitutes the polyurethane liquid has a 100% modulus of 3-8 MPa.
