PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with restrained generation of discharge and improved atmospheric resistance force. SOLUTION: A spacer structure 22 is provided between a first substrate 10 on which a phosphor screen 16 is formed and a second substrate 12 on which a plurality of electron emission sources 18 are formed. A support substrate 24 of the spacer structure is provided with a first surface 24a opposed to the first substrate, a second surface 24b opposed to the second substrate, and a plurality of electron beam passing holes 26 each opposed to the electron emission sources. A plurality of spacers 30 erected on the second surface. At least either the first surface of the support substrate or the first substrate is provided with a plurality of projections 40 each arranged at a position shifted from the spacer. The support substrate is provided in contact with the first substrate through the projections, and formed in free elastic deformation in a height direction of the spacer with the projections as a fulcrum. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a spacer assembly capable of releasing a shaping die without destroying a spacer. SOLUTION: A mold releasing unit has a loading bed 71 on which an assembly wherein the spacer is transferred while an upper die 36a and a lower die 36b are brought into contact with both sides of a grid 24 is loaded, and a plurality of sucking members 72. When releasing the lower die 36b, negative pressure is generated in the plurality of sucking members 72 one by one while the suckers 72a of all the sucking members 72 are contacted with the back face 361 of the lower die to gradually release the lower die 36b from the grid 24 while elastically deforming the lower die 36b. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die for a spacer body structure capable of surely forming the spacer structure with high dimensional accuracy, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same and a manufacturing method for the forming die. SOLUTION: A demolding apparatus 70 for forming the spacer of the spacer structure includes a base form 71 with a base material 73 and a protector 74 laminated thereon, and a plurality of auxiliary forms 78 formed on a plurality of loose insertion holes on the base form 71. The auxiliary forms 78 are formed by filling hardening resin into a plurality of the loose insertion holes to harden it under the condition that the model spacers of the spacer structure are stored into the plurality of the loose insertion holes of the base form 71 in a non-contact state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etchant filtering device for a shadow mask capable of preventing stripe irregularity failure from occurring in manufacturing the shadow mask, and avoiding or reducing a foreign matter getting mixed into the etchant from causing a hole shape failure for inhibiting the etching. SOLUTION: In this etchant filtering device for the shadow mask, the etchant is fed from an etchant tank 1 to an etching chamber 4 through an etchant supply system, and an etching process for opening a desired micro opening hole in a metal thin plate that has been applied with an etching pre-process for the shadow mask is performed in the etching chamber 4. The inside of etchant tank 1 is provided with a first filtering device 2 for filtering foreign matters contained in the etchant, and the etchant supply system from the etchant tank 1 to the etching chamber 4 has a second filtering device 3 for filtering foreign matters having grain sizes different from that for the first filtering device 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting nucleic acid with improved reliability.SOLUTION: A device for detecting nucleic acid comprises: a hard member 12; a soft member having a junction surface which is abutted with the hard member; a fluid inflow part 14 provided for the soft member so as to be recessed from the junction surface; a reaction part 21 provided for the soft member so as to be recessed from the junction surface; a fluid discharge part 15 provided for the soft member so as to be recessed from the junction surface; a first flow channel 22 which is provided for the soft member so as to be recessed from the junction surface and connects the fluid inflow part with the reaction part; a second flow channel 23 which is provided for the soft member so as to be recessed from the junction surface and connects the reaction part with the fluid discharge part; a first check valve 31 which is provided for the first flow channel and inhibits flow of fluid directed from the reaction part to the fluid inflow part; and a second check valve 32 which is provided for the second flow channel, permits flow of fluid directed from the reaction part to the fluid discharge part and inhibits flow of fluid directed from the fluid discharge part to the reaction part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple nucleic acid reaction tool capable of performing amplification and/or detection reaction of a plurality kinds of target sequences independently at the same time, and a reaction carrier, and a multiple nucleic acid reaction method.SOLUTION: This multiple nucleic acid reaction tool is equipped with: a support configured to support a liquid-phase reaction field; a plurality of primer immobilization regions independently arranged on at least one surface of the support which is in contact with the reaction field when the reaction field has been formed using the liquid phase; a plurality kinds of different primer sets fixed in a releasable manner to mutually independent primer immobilization regions for each kind of primer, and each configured to amplify the respective corresponding target sequence; and a thickener fixed to the primer immobilization regions in a releasable manner.
