The respective monitoring and controlling terminals 2 are provided with a function control part 23 for reading the constitution information from the constitution information storage part 14 through a communication means, an image construction part 24 for automatically constructing the summary image of the respective devices 1 to be monitored based on the read constitution information and an image display part 25 for displaying the automatically constructed summary image of the respective devices 1 to be monitored.
