    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate an inspection, by a method wherein the specific cross-section of an object to be inspected obtained by irradiating said object with radioactive rays is re-constituted to obtain a re-constitution image and the pixel value in a sampling region set to an arbitrary shape is obtained with respect to said re-constitution image to calculate the distribution of the pixel value. CONSTITUTION:A radiation source 11 and a detector 12 are arranged to a scanner main body 1 so as to interpose the fruit 15 placed on a specimen table 14 and the signal output of the detector 12 is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter to be outputted to a data processing part 2. In the processing part 2, the tomographic image of the specific cross-section of the fruit 5 is re-constituted on the basis of the radiation dose detected by the detector 12 and an average CT value is calculated from a set sampling region. For example, the standard deviation of CT value is calculated in a histogram operation part 43 and the magnitude comparison with a preset axial length and area is performed in a CT value distribution discrimination part 46 and, further, quality is judged from the shape of the histogram, which is obtained in the operation part, in a histogram distribution discrimination part 47. By this method, inspection can be easily and rapidly performed without damaging the fruit 15.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To exactly decide whether the dimension of a lead is proper or not, by measuring a floating quantity from the mounting surface of the tip part of each lead, in the same state as a state before soldering, that an FP type IC is placed on the mounting surface. CONSTITUTION:On FP type IC1 is placed on a table 11 so that both of the tip parts of its leads 2a, 2b are on slits 12a, 12b, light or a light beam of a laser is emitted from a photoelectric converting unit 14, and by driving an actuator 13, the table 11 is moved at a moving speed which has been set in advance. As a result, the light beam emitted from the photoelectric converting unit 14 is reflected by the lead, when the leads 2a, 2b have come onto an optical path, and a reflected light goes into a photodetector, and travels to a space as it is, when no lead exists on the optical path, therefore, a phenomenon by which an input of the reflected light to the photodetector becomes almost zero is repeated. Magnitude of an output signal of the photodetector is brought to a signal processing by a measuring part 15, and the floating quantity of the tip part of each lead is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a tomographic image in a short time without placing any load on a body to be inspected by projecting fan-shaped radial rays from the periphery of the specific section of the body to be inspected and moving a radiation detection part in the direction where many detectors are arranged successively every time the body to be inspected makes one turn. CONSTITUTION:The fan-shaped radial rays from a radiation source 1 are projected on the specific section of the body to be inspected and detected by the radiation detection part 3 consisting of the many detectors successively opposite to the radiation source 1 to reconstitute the tomographic image of the specific section according to the obtained projection data. Then a detection part horizontal fine moving mechanism part 37 moves the radiation detection part 3 in a plane containing the specific section and a turntable 21 rotates the body to be inspected around an axis perpendicular to the specific section. A fast arithmetic part 7 interpolates a defective part in said projection data obtained by the radiation detection part 3 due to a gap between detectors by using projection data obtained after the radiation detection part 3 is moved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of a section structure by a tomography under various load conditions, by providing a means of applying a load to a tire and a drive control means thereof on a device which irradiates radiation to create an image of a tire section. CONSTITUTION:With the driving of a motor 60, an arm member 52 is turned around a base 50 to rotate a radiation source 20 and a radiation detector 22 on a specified section of a tire 12 so that a transmissivity data will be obtained to create an image of a tire section based on the data. On the other hand, a load application mechanism 14 moves a drum 30 to a belt mechanism 34 with the driving of a motor 72 and brings the tire 12 into contact with a belt member 40 to apply a radial compression load to the tire 12 while driving the member 40 in the circumferential direction of the tire 12 with the driving of the motor 60 to generate a running condition on a road surface. A drive controller 78 at a drive control section 26 performs a drive control of a motor 44 of the mechanism 34, a motor 72 of the mechanism 14 and the motor 60 of the mechanism 25 and a operation control of an air pump 76 for the tire 12. A control section 80 performs a data collection control for an image formation processing section 28 and controls the controller 78.
