Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the internal dimensions of a specimen in a short time by receiving an X-ray fan beam passed through the specimen by means of an X-ray line sensor and then determining the internal structure of specimen at an image processing section based on the detected values. SOLUTION: X-rays radiated from an X-ray tube 51 is passed through a specimen collimator 53 (53a, 53b) to produce an X-ray fan beam 54. A specimen 55 is carried in the direction substantially orthogonal to the X-ray fan beam 54 by a carrying means 57. The X-ray fan beam 54 is received by an X-ray line sensor 56 which then produces a detection value of X-ray. An image processing section 59 determines the internal structure of specimen 55 based on the detection values from X-ray line sensor 56.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a part where radiation can not be detected by a separator by laminating plural detection parts where detecting elements and separators are arranged alternately, and arranging the detecting elements of the respective layers so that they shift in position. CONSTITUTION:A radiation beam from a radiation generator 11 is collimated by a slit 15 into a fan-shaped beam 14, which is projected on a sample 12. A radiation detector group 13 have detection parts 13a and 13b laminated. The detection part 13a has detecting elements 1 at positions obtained by dividing a fan angle alpha equally and separators 2 between them respectively, and the detection part 13b have an arrangement in the opposite relation from the detection part 13a. The quantity of radiation transmission is detected by respective detecting elements 1 of the detection part 13a by arrangement positions. While a turntable 16 is rotated by a specific angle, the sample is rotated by at least 180 deg.+alpha and data corresponding to respective angles are collected. Then the detector group 13 is lowered until the detection part 13b reaches the same plane with the fan-shaped beam and transmission data corresponding to the arrangement positions of the respective detecting elements of the detection part 13b, i.e. >=180 deg.+alpha are collected similarly.

CONSTITUTION:It is characterized in that the device includes a collimator means 23 which is provided in front of a detecting means 21, and is moved in a to- and-fro motion integrally with the detecting means 21 by ascanning means, and concurrently has an aperture 24 roughly identical in angle to an incident angle of radiation to the detecting means 21 at the maximum movement position, a connecting means which connects a radiation generating means 11 to a radiation detecting means 20 so as to hold them, and a signal processing means which collects the output signal of the detecting means 21, processes the output signal to make the picture, and thereby obtains a radioscopic image.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To collect interesting signal components with high accuracy thereby to improve image quality by subtracting offset data from sensitivity data having unnecessary components mixed therein by a reference X-ray dose, and calculating pure sensitivity data. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray tube 101 is turned OFF, and an output, of an X-ray detector 103 when a sample to be inspected is not present is detected to be used as offset data. Then, the X-ray tube 101 is turned ON to measure sensitivity data under conditions of X-rays different, from when the sample is inspected. The measured sensitivity data include unnecessary components by the offset data and therefore, the unnecessary components are subtracted to form pure sensitivity data. Thereafter, a transfer device 108 is driven to move a to-be- inspected sample 107. X-ray beams 102 cast to the sample l07 and passing through the sample 107 are detected by tone detector 103. Data of the transmission of X rays are collected at a data-collecting device 104. The offset data are subtracted from the collected data at a processing device 105, which is divided by the pure sensitivity data, so that data of the actual transmission of X rays are calculated.
