Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable linear movement in an optional preset speed pattern and to perform fast control wherein oscillation generation is suppressed by using an extremely simple means. CONSTITUTION:An X and a Y shafts are driven according to the speed pattern depending upon a reference speed curve while the ratio of pulses for driving the X and Y shafts at intervals of unit time is held constant, and the sampling of feedback information from direction discriminating and counting circuits 14 and 15 and the latching of reference speed command information are performed with regard to the X and Y shafts simultaneously, so the smooth linear movement is possible. Further, a correction speed curve table is generated prior to the driving of each shaft after the command extents LX and LY of movement of the shafts are supplied from a host device 60, so only reading from an RAM4, addition and subtraction, writing, etc., are performed thereafter and the processing time is shortened greately, realizing the fast control.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform positioning with high resolution and at the same time to improve the S/N of a low-speed signal together with high stability with a digital servo controller, by calculating the information which decides the control speed from the number of genuine shift pulses, the speed feedback element and a prescribed shift target position of an object. CONSTITUTION:A CPU21 of an arithmetic control circuit 20 supplies the shift information CG and DG from counters 13 and 14 of a shift information detecting circuit 10 to obtain a shift degree VFV for a period during which a clock pulse is supplied. Then the degree VFV is added to the position information on the preceding clock input mode to obtain the present position information PFD. This information is compared with the reference position information PIN of an ROM22. Then the drive control information MG of a motor 1 is produced to set the difference obtained from the comparison at zero. The information MG consists of the information to decide the turning direction and the information PW to decide the speed. The information PW is obtained by calculating a speed feedback element VFD from the change of the number of genuine shift pulses and then calculating PW=K0(PIN-PFD-K1VFD), where K0 and K1 show a time conversion coefficient and a speed feedback coefficient respectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To form an excellent wire loop by making a magnetic field interfere in magnetic flux generated by flowing currents through a bonding wire and sucking the bonding wire in the direction rectangular to an axial center. CONSTITUTION:Currents are flowed between a terminal 14 and a feeder terminal 8 at the terminal of a bonding wire 6 while using a wire guide 3 arranged on the upper side of a wire hold-down 4a as the terminal 14. An electromagnet 15 as a magnetic field generating means is disposed at the center on the side adjacent to the bonding wire 6 at a proper distance. A generated magnetic field interferes in magnetic flux generated around the bonding wire 6 by flowing currents through a coil 15a for the electromagnet 15 under the state in which currents are flowed through the bonding wire 6, the bonding wire 6 is sucked, and tension is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable detection of position with high accuracy by a simple circuit even if the descent speed of a capillary is high or the capillary has vibration by providing a comparator set with a non-detection region which is greater than the amplitude of vibration of the capillary with the reference level of a sensor output before the contact of the capillary with a bonding surface. CONSTITUTION:When a capillary starts descent and arrives at a position immediately before a bonding surface, a sample hold signal SH is generated from a control circuit 44. This makes the detected output of a sensor 20 held for sampling in a sample hold circuit 41. When an obtained reference value VB is applied, a window comparator 42 adds and subtracts region designation voltage VW and seeks the upper limit value Vref1 and the lower limit value Vref2 of a non-detection level region respectively. A detected output Vi generated from the sensor 20 is compared the level in comparators 48a, 48b respectively. A detected signal OT is supplied to the control circuit 44 and the position of the capillary is recognized as the position of a bonding surface.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To conduct drives of each part with high accuracy as well as to meet a change of application very easily by driving engagement and disengagement of a feeding mechanism which reciprocates freely in a carrying direction and an in-and-out of a positioning pin with using an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A heater brock 145 goes up and down as an arrow 151, a snap-in lid 133 goes up an down as an arrow 152, a positioning pin 76 moves as an arrow 153, a feed engaging slider 83 as an arrow 154 and an engaging bar 111 as an arrow 155. All of these things except the engaging bar 111 are controlled by increase and decrease of power of an electromagnet. The heater brock 145 rises to an upper limit stopper position and is pressed against a lower surface of a lead frame 1. The snap-in lid 133 is pressed against an upper surface of the lead frame 1. The positioning pin 76 is inserted in a positioning hole 1a. Namely the heater brock 145, the snap-in lid 133 and the positioning pin 76 position the lead frame 1 thereby performing an operation of bonding in a fixed state.
