PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable coil component which hardly undergoes coil damage, can be automatically mounted by vacuum suction, is compact, shows high magnetic characteristics and hardly causes magnetic characteristic variation. SOLUTION: A storage case 2 has a bottom portion 21, sidewalls 22 to 25 stood over the entire periphery of the bottom portion 21, and an opening portion 26 opposed to the bottom portion 21, and is made to cover a coil assembly 1 from the side of the opening portion 26. Positioning projection pieces 341 and 341 are disposed at both ends of the coil assembly 1 in a length direction X, and receive the opening portion side of the sidewall 25 of the storage case 2 at both sides of the positioning projection pieces in a width direction Y of the coil assembly 1 to stop the coil 12 from coming in contact with the storage case. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating inspection apparatus improved in inspection accuracy, and a palette used for it. SOLUTION: The coating inspection apparatus 10 images an inspection region F of an inspecting object 30, and inspects the state of a coating 34a covered on a core wire 34b of the inspecting object 30. The coating inspection apparatus 10 comprises: the palette 24 for storing the inspecting object 30 and a through hole 24b in a part corresponding to the inspection region F of the inspecting object 30; a UV light source 16 for irradiating the inspection region F of the inspecting object 30 with excitation light; a camera 14 for imaging the inspecting object 30 in the state where the excitation light of the UV light source 16 is emitted; and an image processor 18 for processing the image of the inspecting object 30 acquired by the camera 14 and determining acceptance or rejection of the coating state of the inspecting object 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component for improving the mounting position precision and adhesive strength of a terminal fixture. SOLUTION: In the coil component 10, a folding section 28 in the terminal fixtures 20A, 20B is inserted into a hole 22 along the edge of the hole 22 provided in a core 12, thus securing high mounting position precision when mounting the terminal fixtures 20A, 20B to the core 12. Also, the terminal fixtures 20A, 20B are adhered to the core 12 strongly at the folding section 28 using an adhesive S filled into the hole 22 of the core 12, thus achieving high adhesive strength between the terminal fixtures 20A, 20B and the core 12. SOLUTION: While the component 10 is moved, first slurry 6 is blown to the component 10 to form a first film 6a on a surface of the component 10. Then the component 10 having the first film 6a formed is dipped in second slurry 7 to form a second film 7a on the surface of the component 10 where the first film 6a is formed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame wherein a workpiece can be detached in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the lead frame which is tabular, by cutting the lead frame without using a blade, and to provide a method of cutting the lead frame. SOLUTION: An extension/contraction part 20 is supported while connected to a frame 10, and can be extended and contracted. A work support part 30 is supported while connected to the extension/contraction part 20, and can move in the extension/contraction directions of the extension/contraction part 20, and a workpiece arrangement area where the workpiece 2 can be arranged is formed, so that the workpiece can be supported. The work support part 30 includes an arm part 32 parallel to an XY plane, and opposite part projection parts 33B and 33B parallel to an XY plane. Grooves 33a are formed nearby connection parts of the opposite part projection parts 33B and 33B connected to an arm part 32 respectively. The grooves 33a are formed along a Z axis on surfaces which are not plated with Sn and where base metal of copper alloy is exposed to be sectioned in a V shape in a cross section cut with plane parallel to the XY plane. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the coil component 10 comprises: a process for preparing a coil body section 50 having a pair of terminal fixtures 20A, 20B, having a core 12 having a wound section 14 where a coil 18 is wound, a flat-plate-shaped opposite-face section 24 that is mounted to an end face 16a of a core 12 and opposes the end face 16a of the core 12, and the wire connection section 30 connected to the coil 18 near the end face 16a of the core 12; a process for preparing a die 60 having a pedestal section 66 for supporting a coil body section 50 on a bottom surface 62s; and a process for forming an exterior resin section 40 at the coil body section 50 by coating the coil body section 50 with a resin 64 while the coil body section 50 is being supported by the pedestal section 66. Thus, the posture of the coil body section 50 becomes stable when forming the exterior resin section 40, and the wire connection section 30 can be protected reliably by the exterior resin section 40. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame having an extensible part the elasticity of which is not lost even if the extensible part shrinks by the maximum shrinkable amount. SOLUTION: The extensible part 20 forms a plane shape parallel to an XY plane while being connected to and supported by a frame 10, and is extensible on the XY plane. A work supporting part 30 is movable in the expanding and contracting direction of the extensible part 20 while being connected to and supported by the extensible part 20, and demarcates a region 1a where a work 2 can be disposed. The extensible part 20 and the work supporting part 30 are disposed on the XY plane and connected with each other. The extensible part 20 is made of a spring, and is equipped with three extensible basic portions 21. Each of the extensible basic portions has a bent part 21A, a first extended part 21B connected to the bent part 21A and one end of the bent part 21A, and a second extended part 21C which can be mutually brought into and separated from the first extended part 21B in the expanding and contracting direction of the extensible part 20 on the XY plane, and the shortest distance A between one end of the bent part 21A and the other end of the bent part 21A is longer than the shortest distance B between the first extended part 21B and the second extended part 21C. A first standing plate portion 42 is so extended in a direction making an acute angle with a Y-axis minus direction as to be nearer to a Z-axis plus direction. A second standing plate portion 43 is so extended in a direction making an acute angle with the Y-axis minus direction as to be nearer to an X-axis minus direction. A third standing plate portion 44 is so extended in a direction making an acute angle with the Y-axis minus direction as to be nearer to the X-axis minus direction.
