PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device which can secure sufficient thermal stability, shock resistance and vibration resistance also in a severe application of a using environment such as an in-vehicle coil device, etc. by raising heat dissipation and improving thermal stability in a characteristic. SOLUTION: An insulating resin sheathing member 7 covers a core 10 and a winding 4. Terminals 51 and 52 are parts for connecting the terminal of the winding 4, made of one metal plate, fixed at one-side ends to terminal mounting parts 21 and 22 of the core 10, and have first and second bent parts F1 and F2 between one end and the other end. The first and second bent parts F1 and F2 are located outside the insulating resin sheathing member 7. The insulating resin sheathing member 7 is roughened on at least the part of the front surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core that is excellent in frequency characteristics, impact resistance, and vibration resistance and is high in reliability, and to provide a coil device. SOLUTION: The coil winding section 1 of the core is extended in the lengthwise direction X of the core. Flange sections 21 and 22 are respectively integrally provided at both ends of the coil winding section 1 in the direction X and have grooves 31 and 32 on their end faces in the direction X. The depth directions of the grooves 31 and 32 are in agreement with the direction S and the grooves 31 and 32 have widths Z3 in the thickness direction Z of the core. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame which facilitates automatic feeding, and to provide a method of assembling a workpiece into the lead frame. SOLUTION: An extension/contraction part 20 is supported while connected to a frame 10, and can be extended and contracted. A workpiece support part 30 is supported while connected to the extension/contraction part 20, and can move in the extension/contraction directions of the extension/contraction part 20; and a workpiece arrangement area where the workpiece 2 can be arranged is formed, so that the workpiece can be supported. The workpiece support part 30 includes a moving base 31 which can be locked to a moving base moving part capable of moving in the extension/contraction directions of the extension/contraction part 20, and is connected to the extension/contraction part 20. A tool engagement hole 31a is formed in the moving base 31, a frame insertion pin 111 of the moving base moving part is inserted into the tool engagement hole 31a, and the moving base moving part is moved, so that the frame support part 30 including the moving base 31 can be moved in the extension/contraction directions of the extension/contraction part 20. SOLUTION: Terminals 51 and 52 are made of one metal plate, and include mounting parts 511 and 521, intermediate parts 512 and 522, and bottoms 513 and 523. The mounting parts 511 and 521 are fixed at one-side ends to terminal mounting parts 21 and 22 of a core 10. The intermediate parts 512 and 522 are continued at one-side ends to other ends of the mounting parts 511 and 521 by a first bend part F1. The bottoms 513 and 523 are continued at one-side ends to other ends of the intermediate parts 512 and 522 by a second bent part F2 opposed to the mounting parts 511 and 521, and the other ends become free ends. The intermediate parts 512 and 522 have holes 514 and 524 in their surfaces. The holes 514 and 524 are formed in circular arc states at least at both inner edges opposed at least in one direction. SOLUTION: A core 1 contains a coil winding section 11, and the coil winding section 11 is extended in the longitudinal direction. An insulating coating body 7 is composed of a thermoplastic insulating resin, and coats the core 1 and a coil 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame wherein a workpiece can be detached in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the lead frame which is tabular, by cutting the lead frame without using a blade, and to provide a method of cutting the lead frame. SOLUTION: An extension/contraction part 20 is supported while connected to a frame 10, and can be extended and contracted. A work support part 30 is supported while connected to the extension/contraction part 20, and can move in the extension/contraction directions of the extension/contraction part 20, and a workpiece arrangement area where the workpiece 2 can be arranged is formed, so that the workpiece can be supported. The work support part 30 includes an arm part 32 parallel to an XY plane, and opposite part projection parts 33B and 33B parallel to an XY plane. Grooves 33a are formed nearby connection parts of the opposite part projection parts 33B and 33B connected to an arm part 32 respectively. The grooves 33a are formed along a Z axis on surfaces which are not plated with Sn and where base metal of copper alloy is exposed to be sectioned in a V shape in a cross section cut with plane parallel to the XY plane. Terminals 51 and 52 consist of a metal plate material, have a first curve part F1 and a second curve part F2, and are provided on recess parts 35 and 36. On the terminal 51, a first part 511 generated from the first curve part F1 is fixed on the bottom face 351 of the recess 35, and guided in the longitudinal direction X. A second part 512 is curved from the first part 511, and guided in the direction going away from the bottom face 351 along the thickness direction. A third part generated from the second curve part F2 is curved from the second part 512, and guided in the direction reverse in the direction of the first part 511 along the longitudinal direction X. SOLUTION: The extensible part 20 forms a plane shape parallel to an XY plane while being connected to and supported by a frame 10, and is extensible on the XY plane. A work supporting part 30 is movable in the expanding and contracting direction of the extensible part 20 while being connected to and supported by the extensible part 20, and demarcates a region 1a where a work 2 can be disposed. The extensible part 20 and the work supporting part 30 are disposed on the XY plane and connected with each other. The extensible part 20 is made of a spring, and is equipped with three extensible basic portions 21. Each of the extensible basic portions has a bent part 21A, a first extended part 21B connected to the bent part 21A and one end of the bent part 21A, and a second extended part 21C which can be mutually brought into and separated from the first extended part 21B in the expanding and contracting direction of the extensible part 20 on the XY plane, and the shortest distance A between one end of the bent part 21A and the other end of the bent part 21A is longer than the shortest distance B between the first extended part 21B and the second extended part 21C.
