    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless microphone system that can suppress interception by a receiver of a third party with simple structure.SOLUTION: A system comprises: a microphone transmitting a transmission signal including a voice signal and additional information for processing the voice signal; and a wireless receiver receiving the transmission signal and processing the voice signal of the transmission signal based on the additional information. The system has: a normal communication mode in which communication is performed by using a normal unique word UWN being set in advance in the microphone and the wireless receiver; a secrecy setting mode in which a secrecy unique word UWX differing from the normal unique word UWN is set in the microphone and is transmitted from the microphone to the wireless receiver; and a secrecy communication mode in which the communication is performed by using the secrecy unique word UWX set in the microphone and the wireless receiver by the secrecy setting mode.
