Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with rotational speed detection function, which has comparatively a degree of freedom on the number of poles, reduces an output error of an electric generator and can precisely detect rotational speed.SOLUTION: Motor winding 24 of a motor section 12 having a plurality of poles and electric generator winding 34 of an electric generator section 14 are arranged in parallel to an axial direction of a rotary axis. A positioning member 40 is installed between the motor winding 24 and the electric generator winding 34. The positioning member 40 is formed of a magnetic shielding material, and it fixes the motor winding 24 and the electric generator winding 34 around the rotary axis and in a radial direction so that a part between the pole of the motor winding 24 and the pole of the electric generator winding 34 keeps an angular difference around the rotary axis through the positioning member 40.
