    Abstract: The present invention relates to a photosensitive polymer composition comprising the following components A, B and C: A: 100 parts by weight of ethylenically unsaturated compounds, B: 3 to 40 parts by weight of a polyamide or 3 to 32 parts by weight of a polyesteramide soluble in the ethylenically unsaturated compounds and C: 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator, and a solid photosensitive printing plate material comprising the above-mentioned photosensitive polymer composition and a support, which solid photosensitive printing plate material can be easily prepared from a substantially solvent-free starting material and usable for the production of a printing plate, flexible printing plate and flexographic printing plate developable with water and/or an alcohol.

    Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition comprising compo- jents A, Band C described below is provided. The composition of the present invention is quite effectively usable for the preparation of photosensitive resin printing plates having excel- ent water developability, image reproducibility and printabil- ty. The composition comprises:A. 100 parts by weight of a completely or partially saponified polyvinyl acetate having a dregree of saponification of 50 to 100 mole %,B. 20 to 300 parts by weight of a photopolymerizable monomer having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond in the molecule, andC. 1 to 50 parts by weight of a polymer obtained by homopolymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having the following groups (1) and (2) in the molecule or copolymerizing the same with another unsaturated monomer:wherein R 1 represents H or CH 3 and R 2 and R 3 represent each an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.

    Abstract: Film comprises a light-transmissible smooth base film having, formed on one side, a light transmissible resin coating layer which has 50-10,000 convex projections per square cm.     Abstract: A photosensitive polymer composition including the following components A, B, and C is presented.A. 100 parts by weight of partially saponified polyvinyl acetate having a saponification degree of 60 to 99 mole%;B. 20 to 200 parts by weight of polyfunctional acrylate or methacrylate having a molecular weight of not more than 2000 and having at least two acryloyl or methacryloyl groups in the same molecule thereof and a number of a hydroxyl group or groups not more than the number of said acryloyl and methacryloyl groups in the same molecule thereof; andC. 1 to 60 parts by weight of a saturated compound having a molecular weight of not more than 1000 and a boiling point of not less than 150°C and having at least one hydroxyl group in the molecule thereof.This photosensitive polymer composition is extremely effective for use in a water-developable sensitive printing plate having an excellent image-reproducibility and flexibility.
