Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent overcompression and to suppress an input loss by contriving pressure balance, decreasing compression ratio, and substantially reducing stress in a blade part at the time of high suction pressure operation. CONSTITUTION:An essential suction amount of compressed gas in the first compression chamber A, which compresses compressed gas sucked from a suction port 11 provided in a volute finish end part S in a blade part 9 of a fixed scroll blade 3, is larger than the second compression chamber B for compressing compressed gas sucked from a suction port 12 provided in a position opposed 180 deg. from the above-mentioned volute finish end part. However, a total sectional area of a release port, provided in the first compression chamber, is formed larger than the total sectional area of a release port provided in the second compression chamber, so that various effects can be guided by balancing pressure mutually of each compression chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To better a brazing flow by making a burring in the same direction in the titled production to form a container with combining plural cup bodies at their opening ends and to connect a pipe to the connection port body being formed with the burring of the cup body.
CONSTITUTION: Cup bodies 12, 13 at upper and lower parts are combined at their opening ends and the container of an accumulator is composed. The burring in the same direction is made on the end of the cup body 12, 13 and pipe connection port body 14, 15 are formed in a body. Pipe bodies 16, 17 are inserted into the port bodies 14, 15, and the port bodies 14, 15 and pipe bodies 16, 17 are put into the furnace with the preplaced brazing stock and fixed with brazing. The flow of the preplaced brazing at the brazing part thus becomes better and a sure brazing is enabled.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a blade spring stopper for carrying out the sure fixation to the through hole of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:On the outer peripheral surface of a blade spring stopper 12, engagement hooks 13 and slits 14 in each pair are formed on the top edge side. A pair of engagement holes 16 are formed also under the engagement hooks 13. The engagement hook 16 is formed oppositely to the lower part of the engagement hook 13, and the projection quantity is extremely little. Further, the outside diameter of the spring stopper 12 is formed slightly smaller than the outside diameter of a through hole 11, and so-called loosened fitting is generated. When the perfect insertion into the through hole 11 is performed, the engagement hook 13 contacts the stage part 15 on the blade chamber 9 side of a cylinder 1, and the engagement hook 16 is caught on the inner wall of the through hole 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the level of lubricating oil stored in an oil reservoir and to improve reliability on actuation by a method wherein a plurality of compressors are contained in a closed casing, and the inner bottom pert of the closed casing forms a common oil reservoir for lubricating the compressor. CONSTITUTION:When a title compressor is applied for a V-type twine compressor 10, the bottom parts of cylindrical cases 11 and 12 dividable into two parts are joined with each other by welding to provide a V-type closed casing 13. Two compressors 14 and 15 are contained in the cylindrical cases 11 and 12, respectively, of the closed casing 13. The inner bottom part of the closed casing 13 forms a common oil reservoir 17 for lubricating the two compressors, and lubricating oil by means of which oil lubrication si applied on the lubricating part, e.g., drive part, of each of the compressors 14 and 15 is stored in the oil reservoir 17. The lubricating oil stored in the oil reservoir 17 is fed to the lubricating parts of the compressors 14 and 15 through the pumping action of oil feed pump parts 18 and 19.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure a stable oil feed quantity not affected by the change of the operating frequency by electrically connecting an oil feeding pump to a power source separate from a motor section, and driving it independently from a compression system. CONSTITUTION:An oil sump section 13 collecting a lubricant is formed on the inner bottom section of a sealed case 1, and an oil feed passage guiding the lubricant fed from the oil sump section 13 to various sliding portions of a compression system 7 is provided on the compression system 7. The suction section of a oil feeding pump 35 is dipped into the oil sump section 13, and a discharge section is communicated to the oil feed passage. The oil feeding pump 35 is electrically connected to a power source separate from a motor section 10, and it is driven independently from the compression system 7. In a sealed compressor using the inverter control system, an invariably stable oil feed quantity can be fed to sliding portions of the compression system 7 even at the extremely high or extremely low operating frequency.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To feed lubricating oil in a stable manner and improve the durability and reliability of a scroll fluid machine and prolong service life by embedding and laying an abrasion resistive plate member in exposed state by a prescribed dimension for an end plate. CONSTITUTION:One part of the plate thickness dimension of each abrasion resistive member 30b, 30a is embedded into the first and second end plates 10 and 15, respectively, and the gap dimension formed on the outside diameter parts of the first and second blades 9 and 14 can be reduced in comparison with the conventional structure. ln other words, the gap dimension formed between the both outside diameter parts of the first and second blades 9 and 14 can be reduced by adjusting the depth of embedding and reducing the thickness dimension of exposure of the abrasion resistive members 30b and 30a from the end plates 10 and 15. Then, the sucking out of oil from the lubricating oil supply part on the back surface of one or the both of the first and second blades 9 and 14 is prevented, and the mixing into the compressed gas is prevented and the outside discharge of the lubricating oil is suppressed. Thus, the lubricating oil can be supplied in stable manners.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal deformation of a stator by enlarging a part of a casing corresponding to the external surface of the stator and providing an enlarge part forming a gap between the external surface of the stator and casing. CONSTITUTION:The stator 7 of an electric motor 4 is pressed in and fixed to a lower casing 3, and this casing 3 is made to have an enlarged part 11 corresponding to the external surface 7a of the stator 7. The upper half of the external surface 7a of the stator 7 is formed at a non-contact part 12 with the lower casing 3 and the lower half formed at a contact part 13 with the lower casing 3, thereby forming a gap 14 between the upper half of the stator 7 and the lower casing 3. Consequently, the thermal deformation of a casing due to welding does not involve the stator 7.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To manufacture the captioned compressor with ease, and assure excellent wear resistance as well as tolerable structure of the compressor of an increase of capability of the compressor due to high speed rotation by sintering sliding parts by compounding ceramics into sintering powder.
CONSTITUTION: Sliding parts such as a blade 10 and bearing blocks 6, 7 are sintered and formed. This employs a sintering powder material of iron or phosphor bronze into which ceramics excellent in wear resistance is compounded. A compounding ratio of the ceramics described above is adapted to range from about 1% or more where effect of wear resistance is manifested to about 50% where a property of finishing is not deteriorated. With use of the sintering powder including the ceramics so compounded, sliding parts are sintered.
