Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce handling costs and enhance handling safety at a conveyance and receiving installation by maintaining an elastomer substance loaded in a container at a specified loading temperature. SOLUTION: An elastomer or a rubberlike substance of an elastomer polymer containing a polyisoprene a polybutadiene or the like or a mixture thereof manufactured by a gas process and the like, is cooled at 60 deg.C or below maximum critical loading temperature or less, and is loaded in a bulk loading container by a loading means such as pressurizing, vacuum or gravity. The elastomer substance is finally unloaded by gravity without depending upon the assistance of a mechanical means such as vibration, fluidization or injection using an inert gas after conveyance or storage. The elastomer substance forms a slightly cured coat on a surface in a closest proximity to the wall of the container and/or the upper part of a substance layer after being loaded in the container and covers or seals the substance. Consequently, the fluidization of the substance after conveyance and storage or when unloaded is ensured and cost involved in these operations can be reduced.
