    Abstract: The invention relates to the production of the components of turbine engines, with the use of casting system and core made of refractory metal. A casting system includes a core made of the shaped sheet of refractory metal, which has a plurality features for forming a specific plurality of passages of film cooling, moreover, said components are made of refractory metallic material by bending of said sheet. In the second embodiment of the invention the foundry system includes an external metallic wall, which has form of a wing profile, and the core of refractory metal, which is adjacent with said external metallic wall and has a shape, which corresponds to the shape of said wall. Furthermore, cores made of refractory metal are claimed, external surface of one of which is me of refractory metallic material, said external surface limiting an internal cavity filled with inert material, which is selected from the group, which consists of compressed inert gas, sand and ceramic powder. The second claimed core made of refractory metal has porous structure, which is made of refractory sheet material, this porous structure having edges and large quantity of cavities, which rest from within on the edges. The invention allows to increase the quality of casting the components of gas turbine engine (for example, the blades of low-pressure turbines).

    Abstract: The invention relates to the casting production, namely to coating of mold cores made of refractory metal at precision casting. A mold core made of refractory metal for application in the casting system includes a coating, which in the first embodiment contains at least one oxide and silicon containing material. In the second embodiment the coatingcontains oxide selected from the group, which consists of oxides of calcium, magnesium, aluminum, zirconium, chromium, yttrium, silicon, hafnium and their mixtures. The third embodiment - the coating contains nitride selected from the group, which consists of silicon nitride, sialon, titanium nitride and their mixtures. The coating can also contain carbide selected from the group, which contains silicon carbide, titanium carbide, tantalum carbide and their mixtures. Furthermore, claimed core made of refractory metal includes two coatings: upper and basic. The invention increases the resistance to oxidation at burning of shell mold and protection against melting during casting.
