An anti-icing motor fuel additive comprises a synergistic mixture containing (1) 5-95% by wt. of a mixture of (a) 5-95% by wt. of at least alkyl phosphate salt of an N-alkyl-diaminoalkane and (b) 5-95% by wt. of at least one alkyl phosphate salt of an alkyl monoamine, and (2) 95-5% by wt. of at least one polyhydroxy alcohol. Preferred components are (a) mixed mono- and di-alkyl phosphate salts of N-alkyl-1,3-diaminopropane, (b) mixed mono- and di-alkyl phosphate salts of #-alkylamine, and (2) ethylene glycol or hexylene glycol.
