    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain light vanes of high productivity and suitable for massproduction by producing a billet made mainly of powder aluminum alloy and cutting the belt-like vane material made by extruding the billet by the specified length. CONSTITUTION:A billet 20 is made mainly of powder aluminum alloy B. In the next step, a vane material having a hollow section 80, wherein at least the top surface 8c of the head section, front face 8a, and rear face 8b are contin ued and both ends 8e in the axial direction are penetrated, is formed of a belt- like vane material made by extruding this billet 20. This vane material is cut by the specified length to make vanes 8. In such manner, light vanes of high productivity and suitable for massproduction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain good run during casting and the expansion of a gap between a bearing and a rotation axis due to temperature rise by providing iron group metal rings with through holes penetrated in a ring-axial direction. CONSTITUTION:Iron-made rings 15, 16 are cast and incorporated in the boss portions 3a, 4a of both aluminum-made side blocks 3, 4, and iron-made bearings 8, 9 are respectively pressed in the inner peripheries thereof. The iron-made ring 15 is molded integrally with a connection portion 15c which connects a large-dia. ring 15a and a small-dia. ring 15b and provided with a through hole 17 at a certain space, the axis of which is in parallel to the center axis of the iron-made ring 15. When the iron-made rings 15, 16 are cast and incorporated in the boss portions 3a, 4a of the side blocks 3, 4, fused aluminum goes through the through hole 17 in a ring-axial direction and so good run is gained. The rings 15, 16 are therefore set thicker and the reduction of pressing-in allowance for the bearing 8, 9 is restrained to prevent great expansion of the minot dia. of the bearings 8, 9 and of a gap between the inner peripheries of the bearings 8, 9 and the outer periphery of a rotation axis 7.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of reducing without failure the impact noise of an armature plate when it attracted and released. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic clutch 1 is provided with a hub 10 titled on a rotation shaft 2 and including a flange 11, an armature plate 30 attracted to a rotor 20, and a plural number of spring members 40 intervening between the hub 10 flange 11 and the armature plate 30 and restores the armature plate 30 to the original position. In this case, a rivet 16, which is inserted into an inserting hole 42a on the plate spring 40 and secured to the armature plate 30, and a rubber stopper 50, which is mounted on the outer circumference of the rivet 16 and includes an upper side rubber stopper 51 and a bottom side rubber stopper 52, are provided, and the upper side rubber stopper 51 is fitted to the bottom side rubber stopper 52 through the inserting hole 42a in a separable manner in the axial direction.

SOLUTION: This electromagnetic clutch is provided with an armature plate 10 attracted to a rotor when it is magnetized, a cylindrical outer hub 20 fixed to the armature plate 10, an inner hub 30 arranged on the inner circumferential side of the outer hub 20 and fixed to a shaft, and a damping rubber 40 arranged between the inner circumference of the outer hub 20 and the outer circumference of the inner hub 30. In this case, the outer hub 20 and the inner hub 30 are connecting in the direction of rotation by rivets piercing through the damping rubber 40.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve capacity of heating operation by opening a passage to a main condenser and a bypass passage directly after stopping a compressor so as to improve restartability of the compressor, and thereafter closing the passage to the main condenser. CONSTITUTION:In this air conditioner 1, an evaporator 8 and a sub-condenser 9 are arranged inside an air conditioning duct 2. A compressor 22, a main condenser 24, the sub-condenser 9, an expansion valve 21, and the evaporator 8 are in order connected together so as to form a cooling cycle, and the main condenser 24 is bypassed so as to form a heating cycle. In this case, a passage between the compressor 22 and the main condenser 24 is opened with a first valve 23, a passage 27 bypassing the main condenser 24 is closed with a second valve 26. During a prescribed time after stopping the cooling or heating cycle, both valves 23, 26 are respectively opened. Meanwhile, after the lapse of the prescribed time after stopping, the first valve 23 is closed and the second valve 26 is opened.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a hydraulic noise at a liquid compressed state while keeping a proper cooling capability of a compressor by a method wherein a clearance size at a radial seal part is controlled with a simple mechanism in compliance with two kinds of external environmental conditions under a high load state and a low load state as well as an energization time and a normal operation time. CONSTITUTION:In order to control an amount of leakage of compressed gas, a radial seal part clearance control member 30 is disposed at a short diameter part (a radial seal part) of a cam ring 2. That is, a spring 2 is fixed to a seal member 31 and a cover 34 through a spring presser 33 and the seal member 31 is pulled in a rightward direction while its free state being set. Accordingly, as a pressure at a suction system of a compressor is decreased, a force acting against the seal member 31 is reduced and the seal member 31 is moved in a rightward direction against the spring 32 and a radial seal part clearance deltais increased. In turn, as a pressure in the suction system is increased, the force acting against the seal member 31 is increased, the seal member 31 is moved in a leftward direction and the radial seal part clearance delta is reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To set the closing valve pressure free from dispersion by setting the closing valve pressure of a trigger valve according to the degree of added tightening of an opening valve engagement part, in the trigger valve installed in a communication passage for the communication between a pressure chamber and a vane back pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:In a trigger valve 70 which is interposed in a communication passage 60 for the communication between the annular groove 7a of a front side block 7 and a high pressure chamber 33, a valve body 72 which is urged by a spring 74 contacts an opening valve engagement part 76, and the state where a communication passage 60 is opened, and a vane 17 is pressed on the inner surface of a cylinder 3. Then, the pressure in the high pressure chamber 33 rises, and when the pressure exceeds a prescribed value, the valve body 72 contacts a closing valve engagement part 78, and the communication passage 60 is closed. In this case, in order to set the closing valve pressure, the opening valve engagement part 76 is gradually tightened by using a tightening tool 82, observing a flow rate meter 80, in the state where the air having a prescribed pressure is blown from the opening valve engagement part 76 of the communication passage 60. When the measurement value of the flow rate meter 80 reaches zero, tightening is brought into stop.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the amount of refrigerant remaining in a main condenser at the beginning of heating operation constant by controllably opening and closing the valves to open and close a passage to the main condenser and a bypass passage at specified orders when the heating operation is requested. CONSTITUTION:A sub-condenser 9 is connected to an evaporator 8 through a liquid tank 20 and an expansion valve 21, the flow-out side of the evaporator 8 is connected to a main condenser 24 through a compressor 22 and a first solenoid valve 23, and a second solenoid valve 26 is provided in its bypass passage 27. Also a control unit 33 opens the solenoid valve 23 and closes the solenoid valve 26 at the start of heating operation to store a specified amount of refrigerant in the main condenser 24 and, after a specified time has been collapsed, the solenoid valve 23 is closed and solenoid valve 26 is opened to open the bypass and complete a heating cycle. Thus a specified amount of refrigerant is always stored in the main condenser 24 to obtain a proper amount of refrigerant for heating, increase efficiency, and reduce the cost, space, and weight of an air conditioner.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge of cold air at the initial stage of heating by closing an evaporator while a subcondenser as a heating means has not a sufficient heating capacity, and also by stopping the operation of a blower. CONSTITUTION:An intake device 3 is provided uppermost upstream, and downstream thereof, in the inside of an air-conditioning duct 2 in which a blower 7 has been provided, an evaporator 9 and a subcondenser 10 are interposed downstream of the blower 7, and also a foot blowing-out port 14, a vent blowing-out port 15, and a defroster blowing-out port 16 that are selectively opened or closed by means of a mode door 13 are provided lowermost downstream of the air-conditioning duct 2. In a microcomputer 23 into which the output signals of the respective sensors 24 to 26 of the vehicle room inside temperature, the outside air temperature, and the evaporator temperature, and that of a coolant pressure sensor 27 are input, it is judged whether or not the coolant pressure is less than a prescribed value; and if it is YES, it is judged that the heating capacity by means of the subcondenser 19 is insufficient, and the operation of the blower 7 is stopped and also the evaporator 9 is shielded by an evaporator door 11.
