    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealability in a vane compressor by supplying high pressure oil in an oil storage to front and rear side sealing grooves through front and rear side oil passages, filling both oil supplying grooves with high pressure oil all over their circumferences, and thereby preventing leakage of cooling medium gas all over the circumferences of the oil supplying grooves. SOLUTION: A circular sealing groove 30 is formed on a cam ring side end face 3b of a front side block 3, for housing an O ring 31. An oil supplying groove 36 is formed for supplying high pressure oil O from a bottom 10a of the discharge chamber 10 to the sealing groove 30. In addition, a sealing groove 32 is formed on a rear side end face 1a of a cam ring 1, for housing an O ring 33. An oil supplying groove 37 is formed for supplying the high pressure oil O from an oil storage chamber 34 to the sealing groove 32.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle variable mechanism and improve the degree of freedom of spray, to adapt this nozzle for a pressure storage type fuel injection system employing a common rail, and to prevent leakage of fuel through a control valve part for a needle valve to effect lift control of a needle valve to perform opening and closing operation of the nozzle. SOLUTION: It is noticed that a control valve 24 for a needle valve (a solenoid valve for a needle valve) is attached to the side of this nozzle and thus seal is practicable between a drive shaft 27 to drive a rotary valve 28 and its actuator 26. This nozzle comprises a hydraulic command piston 18 to energize a needle valve 5 in a valve closing direction; and a control valve 24 for a needle valve to control the back pressure of the hydraulic command piston 18. The control valve 24 for a needle valve is arranged in a position where the valve does not cross the drive shaft 27.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a plurality of injection characteristics in a single nozzle by changing the number of swirl elements used, changing the swirl strength and changing the fuel injection rate and spray angle all in accordance with the operating state of engines. SOLUTION: The swirl type fuel injection valve characteristically employs two or more swirl elements 20 and 21 as swirl generating means, the actually used number of which is controlled by the opening/closing operation of their sealed portions on one end or an upstream communication passage 26, or of a fuel passage 28. The swirl type fuel injection valve concretely comprises a first swirl element 20 connected to a first fuel passage 24 to generate a first swirl, a second swirl element 21 connected to a second fuel passage 28 to form a second swirl, and a fuel passage opening/closing mechanism 31 for opening/ closing the second fuel passage 28.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swirl type fuel injection valve which can reduce the manufacturing cost, improve yields, easily adjust the swirl intensity, and adjust the fuel injection rate and injection angle. SOLUTION: This swirl type fuel injection valve is designed to generate swirl by a combination of a plurality of swirlers, with at least one of which can be replaced to adjust the swirl intensity. The swirl type fuel injection valve includes a needle valve 8 that enables the fuel to be injected from an injection hole 12 when lifted up from a nozzle body 4, on which a swirl chamber 20 communicating with the injection hole 12 is formed. The swirl type fuel injection valve further comprises a fixed swirler 14 for generating a first swirl and a variable swirler 15 for generating a second swirl. Swirl of a predetermined intensity can be obtained by combination of the first and second swirls.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make maintenance more convenient by separating a printer head and a jacket from each other as occasion demands through causing a sleeve to intervene between the printer head and jacket and through fixing the printer head to the sleeve and removably fitting the sleeve into the jacket. CONSTITUTION:A printer head 1 is inserted into the receiving hole 32 of a sleeve 30 and both are fixed by an adhesive inseparably from each other. The sleeve 30 fitted with the printer head 1 is inserted in close adhesion into the receiving hole 26 of a jacket 21. In this fit state, the jacket 21 covers the whole external surface of the sleeve 30. Further, the sleeve 30 and jacket 21 are capable of a relative movement in the axial direction when a somewhat large force is applied thereto so that the sleeve 30 can be removed from the jacket 21 as occasion demands. Therefore, it is possible to separate the sleeve 30 to repair the jacket 21.
