    Abstract: A compressor comprising a rear side member (20) that includes a rear head (6) fixed to one end of a cam ring (1), and a movable plate (4) held by the rear head (6) to face one end of a rotor (2) and capable of moving along the axis of a driving shaft (7). When the compressor is started, the movable plate (4) is temporarily pushed to leave the rotor by the pressure of a compression chamber partitioned by vanes (14). As a result, a gap is defined between the movable plate (4) and the rotor (2), and it allows liquid to escape so that liquid compression can be avoided. As the start of the compressor (that is, when a solenoid clutch is turned on), the driving shaft (7) moves towards the rear side and the rotor (2) is pressed against the movable plate (4). However, because the movable plate (4) temporarily moves towards the side opposite to the rotor, the pressure of sliding contact between the rotor (2) and the movable plate (4) lowers, and seizure can be restricted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealability in a vane compressor by supplying high pressure oil in an oil storage to front and rear side sealing grooves through front and rear side oil passages, filling both oil supplying grooves with high pressure oil all over their circumferences, and thereby preventing leakage of cooling medium gas all over the circumferences of the oil supplying grooves. An oil supplying groove 36 is formed for supplying high pressure oil O from a bottom 10a of the discharge chamber 10 to the sealing groove 30. An oil supplying groove 37 is formed for supplying the high pressure oil O from an oil storage chamber 34 to the sealing groove 32.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying sealing structure. SOLUTION: A thin steel plate 21a is interposed between an end surface of a cam ring 1 and an end surface on the cam ring side of a side block 3, and rubbers 21b, 21c are adhered on marginal parts of both end surfaces of the thin steel plate 21a. As a strong sealing function is displayed by elastic deformation of the rubbers 21b, 21c, a complicatedly shaped O ring groove and an O ring are eliminated. As the thin steel plate 21a is used as a base material of a gasket 21, it is not necessary to apply Teflon coating to a rear side end surface of the front side block 3 and a front side end surface of a rear side block.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration of both ends of a holder by forming a lift restrict part by rounding the center part of a one-piece plate, forming the holder part by facing both end parts which extends from the lift restrict part to each other, inserting the holder part into an installing groove which is provided adjacently to a valve inserting space, and fixing the holder part by a pin. SOLUTION: A valve stopping member 40 consists of a lift restricting part 41 which is smaller than a valve inserting space by the lift rate of the valve part 31 of a roll valve 30 and which is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a cylindrical holder part 42 which is provided adjacently to the lift restricting part 41 and having a same diameter as an installing groove, they are formed by bending a one-piece plate, and a pin fitting-in hole 46 is formed in the holder part 42. Both end parts 43 of the one-piece plate are positioned on the holder part 42, a pin is fitted in the pin fit-in hole of the holder part 42. When the holder part 42 is fixed to the installing groove, vibration of both end parts 42 is prevented, and also vibration of the valve stopping member 40 is prevented. It is thus possible to prevent abnormal abrasion caused by discharging pressure of high pressure.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a side block of a vane type compressor which is excellent in workability and whose cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A rear side block is composed of an annular plate 24 opposed to an end surface of a rotor 2 so as to be touchable and a rotary shaft support plate 25 which is superposed on an anti-rotor side end surface of the annular plate 24 and has a boss part to support one end of a rotary shaft, and the annular plate 24 and the rotary shaft support plate 25 are formed of an iron type material by press molding. Therefore, for example, work accuracy of an annular groove 25 or the like to supply high pressure fluid is improved, and in a plastically deformed material, deformation by heat treatment becomes small, and after work (cutting and polishing) is reduced. Molding of an oil hole and a gas passage or the like is facilitated.
