Abstract: Systems and methods for providing enhanced teleconferencing. An example method includes receiving audio streams from a plurality of client devices of participants of a teleconference; converting the audio streams for a first conversation within the teleconference into first text; converting the audio streams for a second conversation within the teleconference into a second text; analyzing the first text to identify one or more topics being discussed in the first conversation; analyzing the second text to identify one or more topics being discussed in the second conversation; and presenting, in a teleconference user interface, at least one of the one or more topics being discussed in the first conversation or the one or more topics being discussed in the second conversation.

Abstract: Computerized systems are provided for determining an identity of one or more users that use a same audio source, such as a microphone. The identity of one or more users that use a same audio source can based on generating a list of participant candidates who are likely to participate in an associated event, such as a meeting. For instance, embodiments can generate one or more network graphs of a meeting invitee any only voice input samples of the meeting invitee's N closest connections are compared to an utterance to determine the identity of the user associated with the utterance. One or more indicators that identify the users who are using the same audio source, as well as additional information or metadata associated with the identified user can be caused to be presented.

Abstract: A multi-modal portal system provides an authorization prior to establishing a visual interface connection between a support user or caller and a client user or receiving party. Once the caller is authorized, the caller is permitted to drop-in such that a visual interface connection is established with the receiving party. The authorization can be based on a profile configuration that indicates whether the caller has the credentials required for the visual interface. The authorization can require that a notification be sent to a trusted user or primary contact or the caller can be associated with a profile configuration that allows for a pre-authorization without requiring the notification. Also, a schedule associated with the profile configuration can ensure a video notification of one or more scheduling parameters to the client user as well as the receipt of a video response from the client user.

Abstract: The disclosed techniques optimize the use of computing resources by dynamically positioning content views based on a location of a camera relative to a display screen. The dynamically positioned content views are positioned in proximity to a camera to guide an eye gaze direction of a presenter toward a camera generating video data for transmission to remote devices participating in a communication session. The described systems improve a presenter's ability to direct eye contact toward a camera to allow for effective communication of gestures with an audience receiving a stream from the camera. A position, size and/or shape of a content view can be based on a camera position relative to a display screen to improve the accessibility and efficiencies of computing resources.
