A scroll type compressor including a fixed scroll (23) having a suction opening (32), a movable scroll (25), a hermetically sealed container (3) having an upper cap (7) in which the fixed scroll and the movable scroll are mounted, and a suction pipe (31) that penetrates through the upper cap (7) and is engagedly fitted through an O ring (85) in the suction opening of the fixed scroll at a lower portion thereof. The upper cap (7) is provided with a pipe stand (81) formed of iron at a suction-pipe penetrating portion thereof, and the suction pipe (31) comprises an iron lower suction member (31A) that is engagedly fitted in the suction opening (83) of the fixed scroll (23) and an O-ring groove (8) in which the O ring (85) is fitted, and a copper upper suction member (31B) that is joined to the lower suction member (31A) by brazing and engagedly fitted in the pipe stand (81), the upper suction member (31B) and the pipe stand (81) being joined to each other by brazing.

In order to increase the anti-seizing properties of a swash plate which is a sliding component of a swash plate type compressor, a copper alloy is sprayed onto the swash plate and the following texture/composition controls are performed as required: (a) to produce a mixed texture of a dissolved texture into which atomized bronze powder is dissolved during spraying and an atomized texture into which the same bronze powder is not dissolved, (b) to add no or a small amount of Pb to the dissolved texture, (c) to add Sn, P, Al, Ag, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Zn, Pb and/or Bi to copper, (d) to add a hard material to a copper alloy, and (e) to form an intermediate layer comprising an Ni alloy or the like between the sprayed layer and a substrate.

PROBLEMS Local stress concentration caused by rotational moment transmitted from a crankshaft is eased. MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS A crankshaft (6) and an mounting hole (5) have two main circular arc parts (11, 21) on the same circle; and two connecting parts (12, 22) for connecting the adjacent main circular arc parts (11, 21), and have a cross-sectional shape in which the connecting parts (12, 22) facing each other are substantially parallel. The connecting parts (22) of the mounting hole (5) are formed in the shape of a large circular arc which projects inward. The torque of the crankshaft (6) is transmitted to the mounting hole (5) in a state where the connecting parts (12) of the crankshaft (6) and the connecting parts (22) of the mounting hole (5) which are formed in the shape of a large circular arc come into line contact with each other; therefore, the value of any local stress generated in the mounting hole (5) can be reduced.

In order to improve a wear resistance of a copper alloy-sprayed swash plate of a swash plate type compressor, a copper-aluminum composite material consisting of, by spraying, copper or a first copper alloy (e.g., Cu-Pb alloy) containing at least a non-dissolution phase and aluminum or a first aluminum alloy (e.g., Al-Si) containing at least a dissolution phase is sprayed to at least a sliding surface with respect to a shoe.
Abstract:
A multi-layer sliding part has a Cu-plated solid lubricant uniformly dispersed in the matrix of a sintered bronze powder. The sintered alloy layer is densified by pressing, and the surface of the bearing alloy layer is coated with a resin having sliding properties. In a method of manufacturing a multi-layer sliding part, a mixture of a bronze powder and a Cu-plated solid lubricant are initially sintered, and the initially sintered mass is pulverized. The pulverized powder is sintered on both sides of a backing plate. After sintering of the pulverized powder on both sides of the backing plate to form bearing alloy layers, the bearing alloy layers are pressed and densified. After densification, the bearing alloy layers are annealed, again pressed, and then coated with a resin having sliding properties.

The invention relates to an ejector pump for transporting fuel in a fuel container. Said pump comprises a separate nozzle insert (7) with a nozzle channel (8). The nozzle insert can either be injection moulded from plastic or can consist of metal. The nozzle channel (8) can have a particularly small diameter as a result of the small component size if the insert is made of plastic, or by choosing metal as the material for said nozzle insert. The ejector pump is characterised by a particularly low pumping fluid consumption.
Abstract:
Lubricating films are formed on end surfaces of a swash plate, respectively. The lubricating films make slide contact with shoes, respectively. The lubricating films are composed of a copper based material containing no lead, and solid lubricant other than lead is contained the copper based material. A good slide contact characteristic may be obtained while using no lead.
