Abstract: A cooling device for cooling a plurality of electronic components mounted on a circuit board. The device includes a contact sheet shaped for conforming to the plurality of electronic components and comprising a mating face for mating against the plurality of electronic components and a cooled face. An enclosure is mounted to the cooled face and defines a coolant transport circuit for circulating coolant liquid therethrough. A coupling may be provided for biassing the mating face toward the plurality of electronic components.

Abstract: A vehicle power architecture is disclosed that includes a plurality of functional blocks for implementing functions and a power supply input for receiving a power supply. The vehicle power architecture also includes an electronic control unit (ECU) comprising a plurality of power control switches, each being switchable between an open state where at least one of the functional blocks is disconnected from the power supply input and a closed state where the at least one functional block is connected to the power supply input. The vehicle power architecture further includes a trigger having a wake-up input for configuring the plurality of power control switches between the open state and the closed state.
