    Abstract: The invention belongs to a related field of electronic manufacturing technology, and particularly relates to a conformal manufacturing device and a method for a complex curved-surface electronic system, the system includes a support platform and a six-degree-of-freedom spherical motor linkage platform, a 3D measurement module, a laser lift-off module, a curved-surface transfer printing module and a conformal jet printing module respectively mounted on the support platform and independently controllable, and specific structures and work modes of these key components are improved. The invention further discloses a corresponding manufacturing method. Through the invention, multiple process flows required in conformal manufacturing process of the complex curved-surface electronic system are effectively integrated into an integrated device, so as to realize conformal hybrid manufacturing of the rigid/flexible curved-surface electronic system with arbitrary area, and the invention has advantages of high precision, high efficiency and high automation, which greatly broadens the application scope of the curved-surface electronic manufacturing technology.

    Abstract: A POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane modified poly(propylene carbonate) and a method of making are described. The POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane modified poly(propylene carbonate) includes a poly(propylene carbonate) and 1 to 20 wt % of a POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane. The method includes subjecting a POSS-based epoxy compound to a cycloaddition reaction with CO2 to obtain a POSS-based cyclic carbonate under an action of a catalyst, and subjecting the POSS-based cyclic carbonate to a ring-opening reaction with a monoamino compound to obtain the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane. Polyurethane bonds and hydroxyl in the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane serve as proton donors and forms a high-density of hydrogen bonds with carbonate units of the poly(propylene carbonate), enhancing the compatibility of the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane with the poly(propylene carbonate).

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of advanced manufacturing auxiliary equipment, and discloses an independently temperature-controlled high-temperature selective laser sintering frame structure, comprising a galvanometric laser scanning system, a powder feeding chamber, a forming chamber and a heat-insulating composite plate, and targeted optimization design is performed on the respective functional components. According to the invention, the independently temperature-controlled frame structure can simultaneously ensure the uniformity of the powder preheating temperature field of the powder feeding chamber platform and the uniformity of the processing temperature field of the forming chamber platform, so that powder on the powder feeding chamber platform can reach the sinterable temperature before being conveyed, and conveyance of cold powder to the sintered melt is avoided, thereby reducing the possibility of warpage of the parts while reducing actual sintering delay time and improving actual sintering efficiency. The independently temperature-controlled frame structure of the present disclosure is particularly suitable for high-temperature laser sintering of high-performance polymers such as polyaryletherketones and aromatic polyamides at 400° C.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a stator, a rotor and a multi-working-harmonic permanent magnet motor using the above rotor and the stator, wherein the N poles and the S poles are alternately distributed in a circumference direction of the rotor core or the stator core; any N pole comprises at least one N-pole permanent magnet; any S pole comprises at least one S-pole permanent magnet; and at least two adjacent N pole and S pole has different widths. According to the invention, through the arrangement of magnetic poles with different widths on a rotor or a stator, it is possible to generate magnetic fields containing a plurality of harmonic magnetic fields with high amplitudes so that the harmonic magnetic fields can interact with the magnetic fields generated by the armature windings of the permanent motor to realize the superposition of multi-part torques, thereby further enhancing the outputted torque of the motor. In addition, with the invention, the harmonic permanent fields can be completely decoupled on the frequency, thereby significantly improving the fault tolerance performance of the motor, and as a dual-mechanical-port motor, the motor of the invention can be applied to electric vehicles and other relevant variable transmission field.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of memory estimation and configuration optimization for a distributed data processing system involves performing match between an application data stream and a data feature library, wherein the application data stream has received analysis and processing on conditional branches and/or loop bodies of an application code in a Java archive of the application, estimating a memory limit for at least one stage of the application based on the successful matching result, optimizing configuration parameters of the application accordingly, and acquiring static features and/or dynamic features of the application data based on running of the optimized application and performing persistent recording. Opposite to machine-learning-based memory estimation that does not ensure accuracy and fails to provide fine-grained estimation for individual stages, this method uses application analysis and existing data feature to estimate overall memory occupation more precisely and to estimate memory use of individual job stages for more fine-grained configuration optimization.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for monitoring state of charge and state of health of a battery, and relates to the technical field of battery. The method comprises: firstly, passing ultrasonic waves through a lithium-ion battery in different SOCs at different charging and discharging currents to obtain acoustic parameters, and then establishing respective corresponding relationships between the acoustic parameters and the lithium-ion battery SOC and SOH; and secondly, monitoring the acoustic parameters of a lithium-ion battery, and then estimating SOC and SOH of the lithium-ion battery by combining the monitored acoustic parameters with the respective corresponding relationships between the acoustic parameters and the lithium-ion battery SOC and SOH. The invention further provides a device implementing the above method. The method and device can monitor the battery SOC and SOH in a brand new way different from the electricity parameter measurement. The method can effectively monitor SOC and SOH of lithium-ion batteries of various types and shapes and thus has a good application prospect.
