Abstract: A current sensing circuit for sensing an intermittent current having a Zero Current Period includes: an amperometric transformer having a primary winding for the current to be sensed to flow therethrough and a secondary winding, a sensing resistor coupled to the secondary winding of the transformer, an offset capacitor coupled with sensing resistor between the sensing resistor and ground, and a switch element acting across the coupling of the sensing resistor and the offset capacitor, the switch element being electrically conductive during the zero current period or a fraction thereof.

Abstract: A light module for providing polychromatic light is provided. The light module includes a wavelength conversion element, a first light source for emitting a first light beam in a first wavelength range, and at least one second light source for emitting a second light beam. The element is configured to convert primary light radiated in by the first light beam into a first conversion light and to convert primary light radiated in by the at least one second light beam into a second conversion light. At least the first conversion light and the second conversion light together form a third light beam. The module further includes a control unit configured for predefining a first luminous intensity for the first light source and/or a second luminous intensity for the at least one second light source depending on a measurement of the light color of the third light beam.

Abstract: A projection lamp for illumination includes a pump radiation unit configured to emit pump radiation, a phosphor element for the at least partial conversion of the pump radiation into a conversion light, and a micromirror array having a multiplicity of micromirror actuators which are arranged in the form of a matrix. The projection lamp is set up such that, during operation, the phosphor element is irradiated by the pump radiation from the pump radiation unit. The conversion light which is thereupon emitted by the phosphor element at least partially makes up an illumination light, which illumination light is guided for adjusting a light distribution over the micromirror actuators. The micromirror actuators are illuminated inhomogeneously with the illumination light at respective times to support the light distribution that is adjusted using the micromirror array.

Abstract: Techniques and architecture are disclosed for mobile transport systems configured to determine vehicle positions within an area using light-based communication signals. The system includes a plurality of luminaires located in an area and configured to transmit luminaire position data recognizable by a sensor disposed on a vehicle. The sensor receives an image of a luminaire including a light-based communication signal encoded with luminaire position data. Luminaire position data can be combined with luminaire layout information to determine a known location of the luminaire. A vehicle position relative to the known luminaire location can be determined based on mathematical relationships. Vehicle orientation relative to the area can be determined based an asymmetric fiducial pattern or multiple known luminaire locations. The system can combine a vehicle position relative to a known luminaire location with vehicle orientation relative to the area to determine a vehicle position relative to the area.
