A wiring substrate unit is provided. The unit includes: first and second wiring substrates, first and second input portions respectively formed in marginal portions of the first and second wiring substrates, and first and second output contact points respectively formed on one surfaces of the first and second wiring substrates. A through hole is formed in the first wiring substrate to correspond to the second output contact point; a cutout is formed either at a position adjacent to the first input portion of the marginal portion of the first wiring substrate or at a position adjacent to the second input portion of the marginal portion of the second wiring substrate; and one of the first and second input portions is exposed from the cutout.
Abstract:
A wiring connection structure of driver IC is provided. The wiring connection structure includes: a driver IC installed on a wiring substrate; output wires connected to output terminals of the driver IC; input wires including multiple kinds of signal input wires for transmitting multiple kinds of signals different from each other in susceptibility to an influence of noise; and bonding wires which connect input terminals of the driver IC to connection terminals of the input wires, and have an identical length to each other and a different loop height from the wiring substrate. The intervals between the input terminals are narrower than those between the connection terminals, and the loop height is higher with respect to the bonding wire connected to the connection terminal of the signal input wire for transmitting a signal more susceptible to the influence of noise.

A thermal-puffer-type arc-extinguishing chamber includes a fixed contact, a movable contact that moves on the opening-and-closing axis in a connectable and disconnectable manner to and from the fixed contact, and a thermal puffer chamber in which compressed insulation gas is blown to the arc. The mechanical-puffer-type arc-extinguishing chamber and the thermal-puffer-type arc-extinguishing chamber are arranged in series on the opening-and-closing axis, and two breaking portions are electrically connected in series.

A gas circuit breaker is provided, avoiding change in the position of a cover member and without weakening of the blow of gas to the arc in an arc discharge cavity even when a surface of the cover member in contact with the arc discharge cavity is damaged. The gas circuit breaker includes a contact ring, a holder attached to the contact ring, and extending to a path of arc-extinguishing gas that extinguishes an arc, and an electrically insulative cover member attached to the holder.

Disclosed herein is a chatter suppressing method for a work machine. The method comprises the steps of detecting vibration occurring when a bar tool or a workpiece is started to rotate, determining whether the vibration detected from the start of rotation has exceeded a threshold, and analyzing the vibration by Fourier series expansion when it is determined that the vibration has exceeded the threshold and adjusting the number of rotations of the spindle.

A piezoelectric actuator apparatus which is connectable to a power supply includes: a piezoelectric actuator which is provided with a plurality of piezoelectric elements each of which is sandwiched by two types of electrodes; a drive device which is connected to the power supply to drive each of the piezoelectric elements by changing a voltage between the two types of electrodes; a comparison section which compares a predetermined reference value with one of a supply voltage from the power supply to the drive device and an electric current flowing between the power supply and the drive device under the condition that the drive device applies the voltage to at least one piezoelectric element of the piezoelectric elements; and a judgement section which judges a degradation degree of dielectric strength voltage for the at least one piezoelectric element based on a comparison by the comparison section.
