    Abstract: A transfer foil comprises a film-like substrate, and a layered transfer body having a pair of opposing surfaces and having an adhesion layer. A first surface of the pair of opposing surfaces is in contact with the substrate so as to be peelable from the substrate, and the adhesion layer is provided so as to include a second surface of the pair of opposing surfaces. The adhesion layer is a composite, and comprises a plurality of resin particles respectively comprising a first resin, and a layered base material comprising a second resin and filling gaps between the resin particles. The melting point of the second resin is lower than the melting point of the first resin. The transfer foil uses an adhesion layer of a composite of two incompatible resins that have different characteristics, such as melting point and crystallinity.

    Abstract: A pouch includes two sheets placed one upon another, a seal, and a non-sealed portion. The seal includes a first seal portion and a second seal portion. The first seal portion extends along an edge of the two sheets. The second seal portion is depressed toward the accommodation cavity. The second seal portion includes a distal end portion and a connection portion. The distal end portion is configured to be ripped by stress concentration that occurs when steam generated from the contents raises pressure of the accommodation cavity. The connection portion is configured to connect the distal end portion and the first seal portion. The connection portion includes a ripping restriction portion configured to restrict ripping of the second seal portion that progresses from the distal end portion toward the first seal portion.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet excellent in post-processability and usable for flame-retardant application. A decorative sheet (1) according to one aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of resin layers. At least one layer of the resin layers is formed of a uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) or a biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) constituted of a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is produced by adding an inorganic pigment vesicle to a polyolefin-based resin. The inorganic pigment vesicle is produced by including an inorganic pigment in a vesicle having a monolayer outer membrane. The uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) and the biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) have a value of a dichroic ratio R of R≥0.3. The value is calculated from absorbance peak values at a wave number of 997(±5) cm−1 of an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction parallel to an extrusion direction during film manufacturing and an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction perpendicular to the extrusion direction during the film manufacturing obtained by a polarized Fourier type infrared spectroscopy measurement using the following Formula (1).     Abstract: In a video transmission system, a video transmission device includes circuitry configured to determine an attention position where a viewer located in a second space is estimated to pay attention to a situation in a first space, divide a range included in a recorded video of the first space into multiple regions including at least a first region having the attention position and a second region, set a first video quality for the first region and set a second video quality lower than the first video quality for the second region, generate video data in accordance with the first video quality and the second video quality, and transmit the video data to a video output device. The video output device includes circuitry configured to control a display unit using the video data such that the display unit displays a video showing the situation in the first space.
