    Abstract: An alignment film coating method is provided, and includes steps of: supplying alignment film solution to a coating roller at a first end of a machine table; placing a first substrate on the machine table; moving the coating roller from the first end to a second end of the machine table; supplying alignment film solution to the coating roller at the second end of the machine table; taking the first substrate down from the machine table, and placing a second substrate on the machine table; and, linearly moving the coating roller from the second end to the first end of the machine table.

    Abstract: A reciprocating glue dispenser dispensing switch includes a switching device main body, a needle holding base, a sliding wear-resistant plate, and a driving device. The switching device main body is equipped with a double liquid inlet, the needle holding base is equipped with a mixed glue outlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate is installed between the switching device main body and the needle holding base, and the sliding wear-resistant plate is equipped with a sliding wear-resistant plate opening. The driving device is utilized to move the sliding wear-resistant plate. A mixed double-liquid glue passes through the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet to dispense a mixed double-liquid glue while the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet are overlapped. In addition, a double liquid dispensing equipment is also disclosed herein.

    Abstract: A melt system that includes a melt unit. The melt unit includes a reservoir and a melt grid disposed above the reservoir. The melt grid is configured to expose solid polymer to a temperature sufficient to form a molten polymer and to deposit the molten polymer into the reservoir. The melt unit includes at least one hopper for holding a supply of the solid polymer. The melt unit includes a thermal isolation region disposed below the hopper to thermally isolate the hopper from the molten polymer in the reservoir.

    Abstract: A hot melt adhesive system includes an adhesive supply for receiving solid or semi-solid hot melt adhesive, and a heater associated with the adhesive supply for melting the solid or semi-solid hot melt adhesive into liquid hot melt adhesive. An adhesive tracking system monitors an output of the liquid hot melt adhesive, and includes a flow meter having a flow inlet and a flow outlet. The flow meter measures an amount of the adhesive flowing out of the flow outlet. A product detector may be used to sense a presence of a product to which the adhesive is applied. A controller then determines the total amount of the liquid adhesive dispensed and the average amount of liquid adhesive dispensed per product.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a viscous liquid dispensing method using a three-dimensional scanner, and more particularly, relates to a viscous liquid dispensing method using a three-dimensional scanner, in which a three-dimensional shape of a work, to which a viscous liquid is to be dispensed, is identified using the three-dimensional scanner, and, by using the identified result, the viscous liquid is dispensed to the work.
    The viscous liquid dispensing method using a three-dimensional scanner according to the present disclosure has the effect of improving the quality of a viscous liquid dispensing process by allowing the viscous liquid to be dispensed to a correct position of the work.
    According to the viscous liquid dispensing method using a three-dimensional scanner according to the present disclosure, even when there are some errors in the shape and dimension of the work, the errors can be compensated for, and thus manufacturing costs of the work can be indirectly lowered by dispensing the viscous liquid.
