There is provided an adhesive sheet that has initial adhesiveness, can realize bonding between metals, between a metal and an organic material, and between organic materials, and can retain an excellent adhesion strength without undergoing a temperature change. The adhesive sheet comprises a first release paper, an adhesive layer, and a second release paper stacked in that order, the adhesive layer containing an adhesive, the adhesive containing at least an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, and a curing agent, the content of the epoxy resin being 175 to 300 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the acrylic resin.

The installation system and method for installing an architectural covering material to a substrate surface utilizes an adhesive mat having layers of adhesive and release layers arranged to allow the covering material to be initially positioned, and later repositioned to be permanently set. The adhesive mat includes a planar carrier member, one or more adhesive layers on at least one planar side of the planar carrier member, and at least one release layer of material removably covering the one or more adhesive layers. In one form, the adhesive mat includes a carrier sheet, first and second adhesive layers on opposing planar sides of the carrier sheet, and first and second release layers of material removably covering the two adhesive layers.

The invention relates to pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for flying splice of flat web materials, having at least one splittable carrier and two layers of adhesive, at least one of the adhesives being a silicone PSA, more particularly an electron-beam-crosslinked silicone PSA, and also to a method of producing them. The silicone PSA advantageously has at least one polydiorganosiloxane having the structure —Si(R2)—O—[Si(R2)—O]n—Si(R2)—, where the 2n+4 substituents R independently of one another are monovalent hydrocarbon radicals and n is an integer, and also at least one resin (“MQ resin”) constructed from (R2)3SiO1/2— units (“M units”) and SiO4/2 units (“Q units”), the substituents R2 of the M units being independently of one another alkyl groups, alkenyl groups, alkylsilyl groups, hydroxyl groups or hydrogen.

The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which is capable of shielding electromagnetic waves and has an excellent transparency. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present invention includes a conductive film and pressure-sensitive adhesive layers on both sides of the conductive film and has a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a haze of 5% or less, wherein at least one surface of the conductive film has a surface resistivity of 500Ω/□ or less. The conductive film preferably, includes a conductive layer and a film substrate layer. The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet preferably has a thickness of 3 to 2,000 μm.

Provided is a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing a flexible printed circuit board superior in adhesive power after bonding under low pressure and also in repelling resistance after processing in high-temperature steps. The double sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing a flexible printed circuit board according to the present invention has a 180° peel adhesion, as determined by bonding the adhesive tape onto a stainless steel plate under pressure by one reciprocation of a 10-g roller, leaving it still for 5 minutes and measuring it at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute, of 6.5 N/20 mm or more and a terminal separation distance after reflow of 2.5 mm or less.

The invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a fleece carrier (T) and two layers made of heat activated adhesive compounds (1, 2) arranged on both sides of the fleece carrier, characterized in that both adhesive compounds (1, 2) are permeated in the fleece carrier (permeation regions T1 and T2) such that a total of between 20% and 92% of the fiber intermediate volume of the fleece carrier (T) is saturated by the adhesive compound, providing that the adhesive compounds (T1, T2) permeated on both sides of the fleece carrier (T1, T2) each make up at least 10% of the fiber intermediate volume of the fleece carrier (T) in the composition.
