Abstract: Pressure-sensitive adhesive compound comprising at least two components forming one phase each, from which an IPN with at least two phases is produced by a cross-linking build-up reaction, the first phase having at least a softening point temperature of less than 23° C., and the second phase, after the build up reaction, having a softening temperature of greater than 23° C., the two phases having a morphology of a cross-linked nanoparticle network after the build-up reaction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive including an upper conductive adhesive layer, a conductive fabric layer with two sides and a lower conductive adhesive layer, wherein one side of the conductive fabric layer is plated with metal, and the total thickness of the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive is 40 to 60 μm. In the application of a flexible printed circuit, reinforced parts, formed by laminating multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive with steel or polyimide-type stiffener, can effectively prevent the deformation of installed parts due to warping, and ensure the good hole filling, good direct grounding effect, and good shielding performance. Therefore, the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive of the present disclosure has good electrical properties, good adhesive strength, better tin soldering, reliability and flame resistant. The disclosure further provides a method of producing the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive.

Abstract: A double-sided adhesive sheet has a laminate structure including a first adhesive layer containing an electrolyte, a second adhesive layer, and a conduction substrate. A double-sided adhesive sheet joined body includes, for example, an adhesive sheet having such a laminate structure, a first conductive adherend to which the first adhesive layer adheres, and a second adherend to which the second adhesive layer adheres. A method for joining/separating adherends includes joining first and second adherends to each other via the adhesive sheet, then applying a voltage to the first adhesive layer so as to generate a potential difference in a thickness direction of the first adhesive layer, and separating the first and second adherends from each other.

Abstract: An electronic device according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first substrate, a conductive layer formed on the first substrate, a first pad electrode that is electrically connected to and extends from the conductive layer, a second substrate electrically connected to the first pad electrode, and an adhesive member disposed between the first pad electrode and the second substrate. The adhesive member includes a conductive fiber sheet. The electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure uses an adhesive member which includes a plurality of conductive fiber sheets and an adhesive layer having an adhesive and conductive particles. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach electronic parts at a low temperature and a low pressure and minimize damages of the pad electrode and the substrate of the electronic parts which may be caused during the adhering process.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rolled multilayer tire inner liner product and processes or methods for preparing a rolled multilayer tire inner liner product. The product comprises a film layer, two adhesive layers (each directly contacting one outer surface of the film layer) and at least one removable partitioning sheet layer contacting the outer surface of at least one of the adhesive layers. The process includes co-extrusion of a film layer and two adhesive layers, addition of at least one partitioning sheet layer to at least one of the adhesive layers either during the co-extruding step or directly thereafter (and may be a mixture of both if more than one partitioning sheet layer is present) and rolling of the layers together (such that if there is only one partitioning sheet layer it faces inward) to form a rolled multilayer tire inner liner product.
